I went online to check out the flu/COVID test that's available and saw that Walgreen's offered it. I went online and scheduled an appointment to be tested. Great! Same day... easy to schedule... I get there only to be told that 1) they did not have the test and 2) they keep ordering the test but that it never shows up. To me, that begs the question, "Why do you let people make appointments?"

FRAUD ALERT: I went to grab some things and the girl behind the counter asked if I wanted 25 bucks in reward... i asked "do i have to buy anything" her: "nope just answer questions" as she blabbering about whatever she was saying, she failed to tell me is that BASIC questions were to apply for a CREDIT CARD. I didn't know untill I got a hard inquiry on my credit report hours later. I have to wait on the application to go through before I file a FRAUD CLAIM. I am so upset. I will never go to walgreens again and it sucks because this was my go to spot for most of my needs. I am furious. You need to trail your people on clear communication and professionalism.

I just wanted to let y'all know this Walgreens the night shift service after 5 PM is horrible, they attend you by a rude manner and cannot seem to do simple tasks. I am very disappointed Walgreens has people like that working for them.

The employees at this location always act annoyed that you are there. They are not polite or helpful.

This Walgreens scams people. First I was tricked into putting a hard inquiry on my credit because the lady told me I could get $25 for "answering a few questions". She never mentioned anything about applying for a credit card. So now I have a hard inquiry on my report even though I didn't want one. Also, check your receipts people...this Walgreens constantly doesn't take some of the sales tags down and you end up getting charged the full/regular price for those items. If you're not paying attention you may be getting charged more than what they're advertising. This has happened to me twice in a couple of months and it's like pulling teeth to get your refund or correct charge.

Yesenia at the pharmacy was super helpful. I wasn't aware of a coupon my medication's site had to help with the $400 (post-insurance) cost and she made sure I was able to find it, set it up, and have it on file for the future without me asking.

The pharmacy staff have no understanding of how severe the consequences are when dealing with a life or death medication. My type 1 diabetes was handled with sloth and incompetence and I had to leave without my medication.

Spencer, the gentleman at the cash register, is so kind, upbeat, and makes coming to Walgreens enjoyable. Thanks for such great, welcoming customer service!

This store doesn’t honor online coupons in full. I tried to use a coupon for 9 cases of soda, and they refused limiting me to 6 while asking me to go put the other 3 back on the shelf.

Customer service is horrible! I came to drop of a fedex package that weighed 30lbs, the girl at the counter told me they can’t accept anything over 40lbs, I told her that the package is 30lbs and it was written on the item but she did not accept the package and told me to drop it off at a fedex office instead

The staff at check out don't understand how Temporary licenses work and will flat our refuse to sell you items because of it. Woman. Tried to tell me the license wasn't good since October. I explained multiple times that the date she was saying is the date it was issued and is still valid for 17.5 weeks. I even pointed to where it says "issue date" and how it says 120 days. The manager heard all of this and just stood there like a deer in the headlights. This isn't hard. It is literally written in front of them. Teach your employees to read and listen and not just dismiss.

I stopped filling my prescriptions here about a decade ago due to the bad service and from what I've heard it has not improved whatsoever. I understand if a place is busy there is gonna be a wait, I have no issue with that. But when I'm forced to wait 45 mins for an Rx that I am waiting there in the store for because they are filling scripts for patients that dropped them off and planned to come back to get them at either a later time or the next day, that's when I start to have an issue with be made to wait. I have since started using a Walgreens that's a good deal farther from my home, but I don't mind at all since I know I can go there and if no one else is on the store waiting they will stop what they are doing and have my medicine filled in no more than 5-10 min. Plus both myself and a friend of mine have been told by a pharmacist at this location that they would not fill the prescriptions we had despite them having them in stock at the time. I guess they thought other patients should have their illnesses treated more than us. ALL THAT BEING SAID, I've never had anything but good experiences with the employees that work in the store, so I just stay away from the pharmacy there nowadays.

I understand a pharmacy can get busy, but when they require an appointment for a flu vaccine and you make one, you should not have to walk out an hour and 15 minutes later with no vaccine.
