“This was my third visit. The first time was for a trunk window replacement, and they recommended a good company. The second time was for a taillight replacement, which they did for free. Today, my car suddenly wouldn't start, so they came to the CVS parking lot, checked it, jump-started it, and watched me drive to the shop. They tightened the connection, which was loose, and fixed it for free. I had an ongoing problem for months that I had been trying to fix elsewhere, but they diagnosed and fixed it all at once. “So... our church in Buford received an "anonymous donation" of (6) 255/70R22.5 bald truck tires - deposited in our detention pond (see photo) about a week ago :-( . We were trying to do the right thing with them and not make them someone else's problem. So, we checked with Centers for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHaRM) Athens, SA Recycling Lawrenceville, etc. - none of whom would accept tires for recycling. Turns out, the right thing to do was to check with Discount Tire - they accepted the tires! BIG shout out to Discount Tire!!! Thanks again...”
“I stopped in at this location several weeks ago at closing time, as my vehicle was showing low tire pressure on all tires. Both Brandon and Seth stated they would take care of the issue. Seth filled tires to correct PSI. I spoke with Brandon about another issue, hesitation while accelerating. Brandon stated to bring the vehicle in and they would check it out. I did so today and had a fuel injection service performed, there was a large amount of carbon build up, problem is now solved. Vehicle now has great acceleration with no hesitation.
I would highly recommend this shop for both customer service and quality of service work performed.”

“Professional and straight to the point. Easy finance or cash payments. I felt unsafe when driving when I arrived at Traffic Jam. My suspension was all messed up, my rims were cracked and tires worn!
