You could not ask for better pharmacy tech team. I've been using CVS for over 20 years. The Summerville locate is far the best. AMBER is the best. She will put a smile on your face , even on your worst day.

Reading the reviews and saw loads of 1 ☆ ratings about the pharmacy and also about having to stay on hold for so long when you call. I too have had several bad experiences but this review is for one person, Jamie, a pharmacy tech. I went in for flu, tetanus and shingles shots and I know these hurt pretty bad! She was so sweet and personable and I barely felt the shots she gave me! I wanted to recognize Jamie for her kindness and professionalism. Thank you 😊

The girl that worked the front on 7/22 in the morning is soo sweet and kind. I really appreciated her help. She is always helpful when I see her.

I have gone to this store three times to drop off a return to Amazon. The first time the lady there was very kind. The last two times a second lady was not kind at all. She did not seem to want to take the package back and she “counseled” me that they had weight and size limits and only a certain amount of space to hold returns, even though the store is huge and the packages in the storage area could have been better arranged to hold twice what was there, with plenty of room for my packages with lots of room to spare. If only she cared enough to do that. She seemed to be one of those types of people who enjoy saying no, who enjoy making life harder for people. The nearest UPS store to me is more than 30 miles away. So not being able to drop my package at this CVS costs me a lot of time and money that I don’t have. I asked for the manager the second time she did this and she told me she was the manager and even invited me to report her (I don’t think she thought I would). Anyway I will probably never go to this store again and recommend that others avoid it as well, unless you like being mistreated. In my mind, either an entity is a drop off place for Amazon or it isn’t. The entity should have enough space for a reasonable number of packages of reasonable size or it shouldn’t be on the Amazon list. The last package I brought in was 35 pounds and was an inflatable kayak. In a store the size of this CVS, it should never have been an issue. Again, I think she is just a mean, power, control person and should be fired or at the very least trained to behave differently. I told her that she, nor the policy itself, is customer-service oriented. Finally I am not one of those people who complain about stuff. I’ve given many, many more positive reviews in my lifetime versus negative ones. I have to be pretty mad to write something like this. But I do get tired of people who use their power to abuse others.

Went to CVS DROPOFF UPS . After 10 minutes no one ever even came to the counter. I walked around the store hunting an employee. I only found customers.

I have been trying to get this CVS in Summerville, GA to transfer my husband’s prescriptions to Walgreens in Ft. Payne and have not succeeded. I asked Walgreens to do this and CVS has not after two phone calls from Walgreens. I would like the person over this district to check on this for me.

I'm new to CBS and can't wait to get out. Geez how rude and slow. 4 days to fill a script, they need to train at economy and learn how to count. I can't get away from there fast enough. Go to economy pharmacy across th street. Very nice people and you can call em and talk to em.

There is no reason anyone should be on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with the pharmacy. NO ONE ever came to the phone so I finally hung up. As a past employee of CVS I can tell you they ignore calls on purpose. And as many as people that’s complained about the horrible customer service and attitude doesn’t help, They won’t do anything. I’ll be switching ASAP
