There is no reason anyone should be on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with the pharmacy. NO ONE ever came to the phone so I finally hung up. As a past employee of CVS I can tell you they ignore calls on purpose. And as many as people that’s complained about the horrible customer service and attitude doesn’t help, They won’t do anything. I’ll be switching ASAP

If only there was a zero rating. Repeatedly called pharmacy and waited on hold a lengthy while each time. Nobody ever answered. So I called customer service, who got the pharmacist to answer immediately. Pharmacist was rude and less than professional. I now will have to cancel my colonoscopy, which is preventative every 3 years as my father had colon cancer since with zero help from CVS nor the pharmacist I am unable to purchase the prep solution. I’m unclear as to how this is anything other than substandard care & concern by a licensed pharmacist. I pray his sarcasm and smug attitude and leaving customers on hold doesn’t cause someone serious issues. How very sad at the lack of care, concern and professionalism that’s is acceptable by CVS. The customer service representative said she was initiating a complaint and CVS would be in touch. I am not expecting anyone with CVS to call.

The pharmacy is terrible here. Over an hour to change insurance; Walmart does it on the spot. Called Friday about my medicine and they said it'd be ready Saturday. This is Sunday and they said they don't have it ready. I CALLED EARLY SO IT MIGHT BE READY BECAUSE I NEED IT.

Did business here for many years and moved my rx elsewhere because of CVS corporate policies making it difficult to get refill approval. I recently came back because I didn't like driving to 2 or 3 different pharmacies and they were closest to home. I have to say they are worse now than ever. The staff has to cover for CVS's poor planning and overall lack of awareness to local needs. CVS should be ashamed of the way they make their employees feel, and act by extension, just to try and be good workers in a thankless environment.

Was waiting for over 30 min w my gf here in Summerville for her ibuprofen 800s so I was playing some CONTEMPERARY CHRISTIANmusic on my phone..and one of the pharmacists so rudely asked me ...Do You Mind? I'm like my bad ill go outside ..She said We just have a lot going on ..as far as I could tell they were all pretty busy doing not much of nothing.I could be wrong but it doesn't look like anything I've ever called work.Snyhow just thought I'd leave my review.Have a Blessed day

Unorganized, staff is rude especially the female that name starts with J. Over heard talking rudely about customers. Pharmacy had no record of a prescription call in by my Doctor. Stay away if possible.

Can never get through to the pharmacy to speak with someone when you call and when you finally do the call gets dropped and you have to start all over again.... No option to speak to pharmacy staff unless you go through 3 minutes of automated call...Ugh just need to speak to someone.....

The prescription was called in on Sunday and I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready & was told they had to send the prescription back to the Dr because it was unclear and they were closing in 30 minutes. My dgt called on Monday & was told the prescription was ready - she went to pick it up and then was told they are waiting on the insurance to approve it. Why was she told it was ready, I don't know. I called 2 times today and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I called to speak to someone at the store to make the pharmacy was open and they weren't having phone problems and he said, "They have to take care of the customers in the store before they answer the phone." He said I can transfer you, it may make it a little quicker and here I am already on hold for 15 minutes again. This is ridiculous - I know there are enough workers to handle the customers in the store and to answer the phone. My grandson needs this medicine and it should have been started on Sunday when it was prescribed. This will be my last trip to CVS in Summerville. Terrible customer service.

The world's most useless pharmacy... if they have it, it won't be ready when promised.... and worse, they rarely have what your doctor prescribes. AND, if they don't have it, they won't notify the doctor or you until you finally call to see what is going on. Staff are rude, condescending and act like doing their job is an inconvenience to them. We don't get scripts often, but every single time it is the exact same experience.

Summerville GA locationThis location is quickly going down hill. Not sure if they just don't have enough staff or if they are just indeed slow. They have been sitting on my medication from yesterday morning showing in process for no reason. The guys answer at window is "we are working with what we have". But my goodness, 2 days and it's like pulling teeth to get them to fulfill meds.

The pharmacy never ever has your meds ready. And they make you wait untill after lunch . And then maybe you can get them if you pull up to the first window in drive thru, instead of the second. Apparently that window is just there for looks. The staff is overwhelmed and the pharmacy is always shorthanded.
