Blake was very rude when I came in to get a uhaul trailer. All over getting my contact information. Than started acting like a child pitching a fit over it and called someone from uhaul and told them he wasn’t doing uhaul anymore to come get all the equipment and refused me a trailer after I came in earlier that day and discussed it with him and needed to get the trailer for the next day. I will never do business with Blake or EZ Pawn ever again. The level of rudeness and the lack of professionalism is just unreal from this business owner.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. HANDS DOWN. Always nothing but rude over the phone, when they bother to answer, and it they held on to my gun I ordered days after it was delivered for no reason at all. Will never shop here again under any circumstances.

Very disrespectfulI I believe he has a little bitty man syndrome. I watched him be disrespectful to an elderly man. He thinks trump is going to come wrap a blankit around him and save him.

Only giving this a 1 star to leave this review. The store owner is overall rude. Went to get a U-haul to help my boyfriend move his stuff. To begin with,we had made a reservation for 11am this morning. When we showed up to get the truck he told us that we would have to come back after lunch due to the fact that he had other costomers(which I found funny due to the fact that we was the second people in line,and we also got there 20 minutes early). Then after we came back after he got back from lunch he proceeded to lecture my boyfriend about why he rented the U-haul without him having a driver's license. ( on the website it said that you did not have to have a license to rent it yourself,but that there had to be a licensed driver with you). The next thing the owner did was proceed to insult my boyfriend by saying that he didnt know what was wrong with today's generation because none of them have an ID or driver's license. My mom went on to explain that he does have an ID just not a driver's license due to the fat that he is disabled and cannot drive. At the end of the day did not get a U-haul,and will never go there to do business again.
