I received a text this morning of my debit card being hacked. UCB fraud dept automatically blocked the charge and let me know. Within the hour I was at my home bank receiving my brand new card that I can use right now!!! And it is 11:30 am on a Saturday!!! If that isn't awesome work then I don't know what is!!! UCB did a excellent job and would and do recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again UCB!!

Poor customer service. Needed a notary. Teller asked me to take a seat, that it would just be a few minutes. I waited while CSRs walked past me, went to the back, opened door and then looked back into lobby. She went back and didn’t come out again. Another rep at desk in lobby ignored me as well, even after teller walked over to her and nodded to me as if she were telling her I needed help. Still nothing and I was the only customer waiting for help. There was another bank employee in an office near me but she was talking to a co-worker. After about 10 minutes I walked out. I will move my accounts. I can’t stand this type of non-service when I have been a customerWe for years!

They're neglected to change my information connected to my account, any time I leave state and try to purchase something they freeze my card without warning. I'm currently in AIT for the US Army, in Virginia, and I tried to buy an iPad because we're allowed to have those but not our phone, and they froze my card without saying anything. So I've been without the ability to purchase anything for the past 3 weeks.

This bank is very good to use if you're trying to finance something like a home or car. They are very personable and really try to help you get what you need. I just wish there was a branch where I live in Dalton.
