The employee at cashier was rude seem like she didn't know what she was doing . Clean store but employee need to see if miss place cold stuff on shelves. Employee don't need to have attitude with customers that run them off . I have been shopping here at dollar general in sumner for years use to be cleanest store . I see what happen

Sumner, Georgia location has the greatest staff. Employees and Management go above and beyond your normal employees. I can not recall there ever being a time I have walked in this store location and had not have an employee greet me with a smile and a welcome and can I help you with anything? I’m not sure where these employees that work at this store were found at, but I wish all dollar stores had employees like the Sumner Georgia Dollar General has. I cannot say enough good things about the people in this particular store.
I come into the store location almost on a daily basis for one reason or another. I’ve always had great experiences . But one day I came in and witnessed Mr. Frank, the manager on duty taking advantage of an opportunity to train his staff to help educate them in situations that they may come across one day. It was done in a very professional, friendly and understanding way that most managers do not express to their employees. If there were more managers like Mr. Frank, I believe that there would be more employees willing to stay long-term at jobs of this nature. If you want an employee to stay happy in your company, treat them with respect and kindness and help them advance in their position not just because it’s your job too, but because you want to see people advancing in their position. Mr. Frank, he done that and that give me even more respect for him and for this store location.
