“Never fails, when I walk in and need assistance, its provided without hesitation by this staff. Whoever this store manager they got running the store now is light years ahead of the store managers ive seen in and out of this store. She has the 'want' to help out Customers and doesn't mind going out of her way to help. I pray this store keeps this lady (Frances I believe is her name), because in the past I have seen some rather atrocious Customer Service when coming to this store, until now.”
“This dollar tree in Sylvester is the worse one there is. ALWAYS has about 15 carts full of boxes never have them all packed and everything in the store is everywhere . Never can find what you go in for if you find it its in boxes. They need a manager that will work and more employees !!”

Employee don't need to have attitude with customers that run them off . I have been shopping here at dollar general in sumner for years use to be cleanest store . I see what happen”
