Arturo is so awesome!!! He is knowledgeable, has fair prices, and outstanding customer service. He recharged my a/c on my car and helped fix any future leaks for an unbeatable price. Best auto shop there is! Arturo is very knowledgeable and friendly. I got an oil change and full set of shocks. Prices are more than reasonable and the quality of work is wonderful. Even when he was super busy he took the time to talk to me and explain the work he was doing/done and answer all my questions. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be using them for services in the future!

Very disheartening to see that everyone has had good work done, a fair price, and a timely experience with this mechanic Arturo (Benhumea Automotive Group, LLC) but me. I was referred to him by a now EX-friend of mine who swore he did good work but for some reason, my car sat at his shop from Mid-November up until April 28th. It was never repaired, in fact, I got it back in worse damage than before. I had a minor damage front end collision where my radiator obviously needed to be replaced. My car was towed to his shop (with a brand new radiator in tow) and all of a sudden I needed a lot of extra parts, A/C needed to be fixed, I needed a lot of hoses and tubes with a $4500 price tag minus the body work. $2500 to just get the car up and running minus the A/C. I've paid better prices for actual engine work (cam shaft and timing chains) in Buckhead. Oh, the "breakdown" fee was intially $700 which is ridiculous to not get the car fixed. A typical diagnostic even at the dealership is $200-300. He said it would be $1500 to even start the repair. Decisions decisions. I went to look at my car, and there were A LOT of parts directly under my hood missing (I'm no mechanic but why would parts be missing directly under my hood when there was no hood damage from the accident) The bracket that supported the radiator, which is in the bumper, wasn't even damaged. Every time I asked for a diagnostic or a parts needed list, he pushed it off. I called constantly and every time he told me "Oh, we're waiting for parts". I decided to pop up at the shop after 1.5 months of paying the $1500 and much patience to start the repair process (still no diagnostic/estimate or parts list) and the shop was abandoned and my car was nowhere in sight. Hmm, he moved my car to another location without notifying me first which put me in a panic because... where is my car? Once he gave me the location of my car he says he had 18 days to vacate the property. Okay so within those 18 days that I spoke to him, he didn't tell me ANYTHING about having to move my car. I asked him for all of my parts back both damaged and undamaged, he said he needed to speak to his attorney. Because... what did he do with my parts? Sell them? Use them on a similar car?? Everyone else on this post says they had timely service with good pricing.. where? I specifically saw a review like that from a customer with a similar car to mine in late April. I've been taken on a ride by this unscrupulous mechanic for whatever reason. I didn't know him or have any previous dealings with him. In fact, I've been very professional and patient this whole time. I'm a widowed mother and woman of a 3 year old so I definitely need my car and I don't have extra energy for bad business.

This is hands-down the most fair, reasonable, and honest auto-repair shop I've ever been to. The owner, Arturo was completely up-front about what I could expect, how much it might cost, and what potential problems might arise. Not only did he do the job right, fast, and at a reasonable price, but he actually fixed a broken hinge on my driver's-side door, which I never even asked him to fix, and he never asked me either. He just did it free of charge. You'll never find that kind of service and care at any other place. So impressed.

Arturo has always been fair in his dealings with me and both of my cars have been fixed by him. If he can’t fix it(rare), he’ll direct you to someone who can. They just recently got kicked out of their current location and I hope they find a new place soon. Because he’s my go-to mechanic in the Johns Creek area for sure.
