Had car brought in for Christmas tree of all traction control and even systems that the car does not have showing errors such as 4WAS but no CEL on the dash on and bumper damage.
Told car was ready for pickup. Saw vehicle had window rolled down on driver side when pulling in but didn’t think much of it besides being abit unusual picked up keys and told everything good.
Dashboard would not display and drivers window would not roll up. When asked the company rep stated the insurance was not approved because some of the systems that light up were not present on the car so did not look at it.
When asked about the non functional dash and window not rolling up was told the window was having issues when brought in and the dash was not working. I asked how they pulled the mileage that was clearly on the paperwork if the dash was not working when dropped off and did not have an answer and changed to it was having issues when dropped off.
it was stated that if insurance did not approve diagnostics I would have to pay for it, and I understand but at least someone stopping to diagnose why the car would be in worse condition then it was brought it would be reasonable to expect?
Luckily it was just a blown fuse and was able to get the vehicle running by swapping around the radio fuse with the fuse that had blown.
This is not the techs fault as sometimes things would have happened anyway but disappointed no communication a heads up the car was not operable on the street would have been appreciated and maybe a quick inspection could of easily resolved.
Bumper mount has a small patch of mounting tape that popped already on both sides when self diagnosing the blown fuse in the caliber collision parking lot.
I believe bumpers are a little tough to match and this is an extreme example because of the decade plus fade but pretty drastically different more then any cosmetic concerns just disappointed no communication on the primary concern brought in for.

Laura was incredibly good. She made my experience with Caliber so smooth and easy. I had an issue with the insurance that was covering the damages of my car and Laura actually stepped in and made them get to me quicker. She always communicated what was happening and kept me up to date. I will 100% be recommending her and this location!!

Very nice people, helped me with any questions I had after being an in an accident. I was kept well informed about updates on when my car would be ready, what to expect to be done, along with any other things they noticed. They also graciously cleaned my car and did an incredible job making the inside look new again which was a super kind gesture for the situation. Inside of the shop was clean, well kept and peaceful. The front desk associate was very helpful in explaining any paperwork. The manager of my case, Laura, was also very pleasant she was honest but still kind and was understanding about the situation. Can’t thank them enough!

I wish I could give 10 Stars!!!! Caliber Collision’s customer service was top tier and provided me updates every step of the way via through phone calls or on the site. I also have a Jeep Wrangler which has been ducked before and they provided me with a little surprise, that I still have on my car till this day. It was a great addition! Thanks again Caliber Collision for taking care of my Midni!!!!!!!
