Was referred to this location by an engineer who was familiar with a very specific project request. Had an initial phone call with Linda and explained what we wanted. I was advised to send a photo for clarification, which I did.From there, we began to communicate via email and finally received a quote for our request. I asked if there were price breaks at certain quantity levels and for a revised quote based on an increase in quantity, to which she replied "You do realize how tiny these are and they are harder to do".Due to deadlines, I was forced to try a different location - I tried Duluth/John's Creek. I received my initial quote by email in less than 20 minutes from me sending the request and the quote was significantly less for considerably more.Disappointed.
