I have been working with Amitrace for almost 4 years. As our church started up and expanded ut's video minstry we were on a steep learning curve. Amitrace took the time to explain, train and go online to help us. Today, we stream two simultaneous services, we have one service live on Comcast Atlanta, and we have an extensive church video library of all our services for the last 4 years. Had the folks at Amitrace not helped us learn and reapply, we would still be back in the video/edit/one week delay format. And today, when we have a question, Amitrace steps up to the plate and helps us out, even if there no 'business' in it for them. Keeping their customers happy, supported, and effective in the video ministry is their top priority. I highly recommend them and will gladly answer questions to further clarify how well we feel about their products and service.
