I had requested a bilingual representative to help my family understand the upgrade plans, Rene was very helpful and patient. My family were able to upgrade the same day and they were very happy with the service. Would recommend Rene to anyone needing help with their upgrades or phone services.

We needed some extra special attention today to take care of some complicated things with our account. Jack was the manager. He took over the case. Kind. Gentle. Expert.Solved all problems. Just absolutely excellent service. So glad we encountered the manager and, he made our day! Thank you, Jack!!!!

Sales employee checked everything with a lady in the store. She was on her phone leaning on the table resting. She did not want to be bothered and rude. Her tone of voice basically stated she did not want my business. Bad experience.

Vontanice Vicks is awesome. She made my visit well worth the drive. She understood the assignment and she got the job done with such ease. She’s polite and courteous and the task was complete in less that 10 minutes. I’ve never had great quality service like I had with her at any other AT&T store. She’s amazing and her service is A1! If I could give her 10 stars I definitely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paul is such a rock star at this store. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. AT&T has a varying degree of service and I find that when I visit the store consistently I get great service. Do yourself a favor and give this one to try. They’re fully stocked with phones and accessories to make your life easier. I really enjoyed my experience with Paul! OK I’m leaving you gotta read it

I had a defective iPhone 15 that needed to be exchanged. Eric at the AT&T store in Suwanee couldn’t have been nicer, more accommodating or more helpful. He made it an easy and pleasant experience which I didn’t expect. He is the best AT&T rep I’ve ever dealt with. You are lucky to have him.

I usually never post reviews but i had to for such a great experience i had at this store. Brad went above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed and had a lot of patience for all the questions i had. If i could give 10 stars i would!

Awesome and very pleasant experience! Paul Hughes is the consultant who helped me. He is very patient and very detailed. I was supposed to shop around but the way he explained all the available offers and how I can save money, I made it my last stop. I appreciate him handling the porting of 4 lines patiently and making sure all my questions are addressed . He also followed up on one of the remaining orders. When I went back to trade in 3 phones, it was seamless again. I will definitely recommend this store and Paul to all my friends!

dont come to this store! very poor customer support - absolutely no help offered. lazy, untrained, unfriendly. store was empty and the store agent was too lazy to help me, refused to help me and redirected me to online customer support! never happens in the T-Mobile stores...

very poor service, rude, unprofessional - offered NO help and directed me to customer support line for an issue that could have been solved in the store. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the store!
Refused to order a new phone! why does this store exist if everything can be done online??? no value!

Brad went above and beyond to help with everything i needed from my upgrade , getting my watch fixed, and making sure my phone was traded in correctly. I highly recommend this store and will come here more often!
