I visited this location and was greeted by Christina. She was very attentive to my concerns, knowledgeable about the shoes, and very thorough ensuring that I had the proper footwear . Christina thank you for your exceptional customer service !!! I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

My husband and I came into this store 2 weeks ago to purchase shoes that are not cheap. I found it odd that this store did not carry either shoe in our sizes in any colors so was told had to be ordered but the computer was down. We left our name and number...I knew that Sales guy had no intention of ordering our shoes. Which he did not because 2 weeks has come and gone and we have now given our money and business elsewhere.
We won't be back. If you don't want to sell shoes, close or hire salespeople that want to work and sell shoes. Also have shoes in stock. It may help.
Lame store. Bad business.

I've come here a couple of times with out-of-country guests and always had a great experience. Sales associates are knowledgeable about the products and are helpful with suggesting a wide range of shoes that may work for us. Most recently was helped by Devon to find shoes for my husband and he offered an outstanding level of service. He really took his time to explain why he was making the suggestions he was and got us the best pair of shoes for us. Thank you!

I had the best experience at this place! Devin was amazing, The knowledge, expertise, kindness and patience was amazing. He recommended a whole bunch of shoes that would align with the foot test. He took his time explaining why that she would be beneficial. I didn’t catch the name of the other sales rep, but she was also very friendly and very informative as well! Loved my experience here!

Let me put it this way - I am an educator, and until recently I didn't invest in shoes. Don't get me wrong - I wore regular brands like Columbia or Sketchers, but I never cared much about them. I bought the discount ones. Yet after I got a treadmill related issue on my tendon (because of the shoes), and I spent a couple of months in pain and a month in an orthopedic boot, I took my podiatrist's advice and I came here. Devin took care of me, told me the type of shoes I needed, and a few weeks after I bought two pairs of shoes that meet my tendon's needs I am pain free. I can't be more grateful! And yes, I am a believer now in the importance of good shoes. Bonus: they offer 10% educator discount. I am going to be back every time I need new shoes.

First time visiting and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff promptly greeted me and asked if I needed help. The customer service was outstanding, they went above and beyond to try and help me find a shoe. Overall a definite recommend! Only issue was the selection or lack thereof.

Mixed experience. Customer service is hot and cold.
Hannah was helpful, friendly, went above and beyond. The other girl, with curly hair and sunglasses on her head, was passive aggressively rude and we felt uncomfortable around her. She was annoyed that there were so many boxes of shoes out... Shoes that sweet Hannah recommended. And, overall she gave off this irritated, impatient tone when speaking with me. Is this a business? Why should I feel bad for trying on shoes at a shoe store?
By the way, the rude employee had spandex shorts so short that with her shirt hanging, it looked like she wasn't wearing any shorts. I get it's a running shoe store ... the short shorts are not classy and unprofessional.

Javari (not sure about spelling) is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained my foot analysis and what shoes may work best for me. He also confirmed why I was getting mixed results from other foot analysis done at other stores.
