“We had a wonderful flooring experience with Rodney and Junior. Our floors had been destroyed in places by our beloved wheaten terrier. Rodney and Junior came in and our floors are beautiful today. We had engineered flooring and needed a good 2 sections of replacement. Flawless transition from old to new. Rodney gave us a very fair price and adjusted the bill accordingly after the job was completed. Junior and his crew were masters at their craft. The floors are smooth, evenly stained and final coat no bubbles or debris left. Our furniture was moved without any damage. Dust was kept at a minimum and the job was completed as promised on time. My only note would be that the toe moulding was acceptably done for me. Some of the 45 degree angles and piecing was interesting to me. For you, it may be great. We would highly recommend.”

“20 years ago, we bought 3 rugs from Caspian Rug. They have lasted well, so we returned to look for another after remodeling a room. Armed with just the size of the rug we needed and a few reference photos, the staff quickly funneled us to the stacks and flipped through each rug, one by one. Each time we halted to take in a color/design, they took note and then pointed us to this perfect rug near the bottom of a huge pile. This textured wool/silk work of art is just devine! Thank you so much for making something that seemed overwhelming a precise execution of an dream! ?”

“I just bought a home and found some extra floorings in the basement to do my stair landing. I was one piece short and took a scrap piece to TLC to find a close match. They actually found the exact floors. Instead of ordering a box, I decided to do my entire upstairs hallway and ordered more boxes.They had great customer service and provided the products I needed. Not the most inexpensive place, but the extra money was worth the service (which is almost nonexistent nowadays.)”
