I was greeted and welcomed by Isabella when I first entered the restaurant! What a lovely thing! Isabella and Marin handled my ordered correctly and the Manager Haley ensured that it came out hot, fresh and looking real nice.!!! The food was hot, delicious and customer service was friendly, excellent!!! 2 thumbs up!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a chickfila. I ordered for delivery, the order was wrong and the driver left the food on the side of the road when we are an open (very clearly) office. I tried calling the store and go strait to hold and no one picks up even after being on hold for 10-15 mins at a time.

Terrible customer service which is surprising given that it's a Chick-fil-A. The two girls taking orders were chatting and ignored me to finish their conversation and proceeded to be exasperated with me in the process. It was also raining so the whole time rain is blowing into my car as they chatted under their tent.

My fiancé when and got food for my lunch and they told her everything was in the bag. She got to my work went to pull out the food and half of the order was missing. We call the store which was 25 min away from us and they said to drive back and that “the drive through is very slow right now”. We get there (I’m on my break for this) and the line is wrapped around the building. We pull up and the ask what we want and we explained and had to explain in 4 times before we understood. Pulled around and they told us we owed $15. We looked at each other and had to explain a few more times before the man realized that my fiancé looked familiar and that he’d fix it. Didn’t even get time to eat all my food because my lunch break was wasted in the line.

They screwed up my orders 3 times. The first 2 times, I ordered grilled nuggets but they gave me regular nuggets instead. The 3rd time, I ordered 12 ct grilled nuggets but they only gave me 8 ct. Maybe I’ll have better luck at another location.

They screwed up my orders 3 times. The first 2 times that gave me regular nuggets instead of grilled nuggets and the 3rd time, they gave me 8ct grilled nuggets instead of 12ct.

Never had any bad service going here. Sometimes It gets a little busy and the drive thru may get a little backed up but, for the most part, the line moves pretty quickly.

Customer service here is very good. Breakfast dine-in around 9:30-10:00am is very relaxed and easy going. In the afternoon/evenings, the drive thru moves quickly 90% of the time. I use the app for all my orders and rarely have a problem. My only "beef" with CFA is pricing a bowl of frozen soup at $7 a bowl and then not filling said bowl to the brim. CFA'S greatest strength has always been it's consistency. Now they're beating everyone at the mobile app/rewards game, too.

It's Chick-fil-A. The meal was good and the drive thru line was long. But they moved us through very quickly and efficiently.

I ordered five full meals and ask for a condiments for each meal my ticket reads out three mustards three mayos two ketchups and three Chick-fil-A sauce, certainly not enough condiments for all 5 meals, are we supposed to split them amongst ourselves. On top of that, wasn't even provided the mayo that is on the ticked and missing 1 of each from the other sauces. All of our drinks were mostly ice.Seems like a lot of unnecessary penny pinching, for an organization that calls themselves Christian, the operations seem to act more like a Jewish stereotype.

The guy was really rude was giving my bf a bad attitude made my bf repeat our order 3 times i ordered a regular nonspicy chicken sandwhich. With tomatos and recieved a spicy sandwhich with nothing except pickles

Uh, hello Chick Fil A, we normally love you and support you so much. But hey, what is this? The pic doesn't do justice to how small this "filet" truly was but I think you can see based upon the size of the tiny biscuit. Shame, shame!

I always chose this location to order from, even thou there is another one closer to my house! I found the service at this location consistent. I normally use the app to order ahead of time and pick it up and never had any issues with the order. Due to an unexpected trip, I needed to get about 35 gift cards and could not place the order online. I called them to request it and they asked to come in. Both the drive-thru lanes were backed up and there were about 5 customers head of me in the lobby. When my request was made to Jesse, he immediately reached out to Charles for assistance and he happily agreed with "Its my pleasure to assist you today." Even thou my large transaction only took 10 min (I was expecting much longer), Charles thanked me for my patience. I felt valued with Charles again telling me it was a pleasure assisting me and we appreciate your business!
