Person working in the CVS pharmacy at 6265 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee has no idea what’s the meaning of helping people with emergency situations. Got the surgery on the day and the we we’re about pick up the medicine by 7pm. Called the pharmacy person and informed that we are on the way with ETA 7:03, and inspire of reminding her, she just walked away and closed the store by 7:00. The medicine was controlled substances and we couldn’t transfer to another pharmacy. We waited for the next day and picked up the medicine and she said we can’t keep the store open beyond the closing time and no grace period.

Pharmacist take a good care like a family. I have been using them for pat 5 years and get A+ service.At times when they are short staffed allowing them some time to do their work will help customer like us. Keep up the good work team.Thank again for taking care of us ?.

Customer service at the Pharmacy and the Pick up area were exceptional. I was very impressed with the staff. Both areas provided kind and caring assistance to me. Their professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Target store with CVS inside.

There is a pharmacist here, "Anat". I got the worst service from her. There was no other patient waiting at the store and I had an appointment for a vaccine shot 2 hours later. I requested her to give me the shot as I was already at the store, but she dismissed the request so arrogantly. She asked me to come back 2 hours later. When there was no one at the pharmacy, would it have been an issue for her to take me in earlier? This is the first experience I've had of this kind. In all other places, the pharmacists are very kind and go out of their way to assist customers.I will not be using this cvs again.I did cancel my appointment here and go to another target cvs a little away and was taken care of by that pharmacist.At times, it's not possible for the patient to come back again so please be kind and accommodate them when possible. Thank you!

They are always nice and understanding, I accidently had my doctor send my prescriptions here instead of just down the road.. but Ive decided this location is alot better so ill be sticking with it.

I went to the pharmacy to ask for something and they looked at me like I was crazy and that I was an idiot. I would/will not be recommend going to this pharmacy to anyone EVER. if you want someone to treat you like a person I would go to the Walgreens up the street!

Natasha and the staff contact me proactively if they see anything wrong with my prescriptions or their available supply. They work to resolve issues before they become an inconvenience to the customer. They show they really care about providing the best care possible. I would also like to personally thank the entire staff for putting themselves at risk everyday due to COVID-19 to ensure that their customers continue to get the critical medications needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

The most organized, knowledgable, friendly pharmacy I have ever used. Several members of the staff call me by name when we pick up our prescriptions. They stay on top of contacting Drs or insurance when needed and I can count on them to have my Rx ready when promised.
