I would like to say that the men in this office are awesome. Jeff is an amazing gentleman & superhero. I pulled into their parking lot with a flat tire and before I could even ask for help they jumped to the rescue. Jeff also changed my tire super fast! I cant thank you enough! Duplicating Products have been great, Jami Hines, our rep, has guided us (Mimaki USA) to the best solutions for our business workflow and address all and any concerns from install of new devices to service and usage needs. Installs have been flawless and the techs for our service calls have been A1 to resolve any issue, which are very few. Our rep (Jami) answers her phone (for what seems like) day or night and I planned to stick with Duplicating for that reason alone.

Jeff has been wonderful to work with. Quick response and made it easy to understand the process. We are a small business and have really appreciated the personal attention and help. The gentleman (embarrassingly enough, his name escapes me at this time) that completed the install was also great.

My office has leased equipment from DPI for several years now. The equipment has always been top-notch, the people have been great to work with (Thanks Dean!), and, for someone like me who is technologically illiterate, tech support has always been great (and the remote option has been a quick lifesaver more than once).

Jami is the bomb!!.. very knowledgeable and very customer service friendly! She was extremely patient with our decision making and was always there when we needed her to answer questions or to go over anything with us regarding our printing equipment! Definitely recommend duplicating products and Jami!!

Quoted a copier that fit our needs, quick to respond, delivered on time (actually arrived 30 minutes early) easy set up with easy to understand instructions personally delivered by Rodney.
