Was able to get my rental at classic collision because they met me there. I was able to leave my rental at classic collision when I went to go pick up my car. Super quick and super easy. Would definitely recommend this because it saves so much time.

Left belongings in car and tried to get information on retrieving it. Was put on hold for over 2 hours and hung up on. Called back the next day and it is impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Would not recommend if customer service matters to you.

Let me just say—if I could give this place a zero rating, I absolutely would. If I could give them a NEGATIVE star rating, I would.
Three months ago, my boyfriend had his car stolen out of our driveway. Our insurance company set him up with Enterprise for a rental until the car could be recovered. Unfortunately, his wallet was also in the vehicle when it was stolen, so he had to use my debit card until he could receive his new card. Once he did, he changed over the card, but Enterprise has continued to charge my card … which would have been fine, except for the fact that we have to pay for funeral expenses due to come out next Monday. I woke up this morning to Enterprise having charged me an excess of $417 and some change all at once. Admittedly, when I called and spoke to someone (Robert), I was in tears and asked politely to speak to a manager about rectifying the situation, but he claimed to be the only one there. Although I explained what was going on, he had nothing helpful to say, even though I expressed that Geico should have been the one handling the claim. I did say that I was sorry about the tears (as one can imagine, having to deal with funeral arrangements and then suddenly not having the money the next day because of this shadiness is very upsetting, especially when losing a loved one), to which Robert, the kind man that he is, simply said, “Me, too,” and hung up before I could ask any more questions.
All I suggest is to be wary. These people are shady, unkind, and unprofessional. All this over a rental vehicle I’m not even responsible for. Having worked in customer service a long time myself, I understand the nature of the work and how challenging it is, but a total lack of empathy and unwillingness to negotiate is not the way to do it.

The best staff ever!!
I had a car accident yesterday. It was the first time in 20 years of driving, so I was very confused. Communicating with the insurance company was difficult due to the language barrier, which made the situation even more stressful for me. The interpreter I spoke with on the phone from the insurance company was also unfriendly, and the towing company staff were very rude. But today, when I went to rent a car at Enterprise, the employees there were genuinely kind and provided exceptional customer service. I am grateful for the service that exceeded my expectations.

The gentlemen at this location were professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get me into a vehicle and on the road! Convenient location, so I will definitely be visiting again.

The worst experience - customer service -
I rented car from Peachtree Industrial Blvd from 03/26 to 04/03.
The worst ever experience.
Rudely behaving by the person, worst car was provided, when requested to replace, they not only refused but told me to drop car back n hung up.
Plus, I returned the car with full gas tank but charged for 3 gallons- even informed me after a month.
They charged for other charges which I never saw in my life as I always rented cars from Enterprise being a loyal member unfortunately.
I talked to customer service n he told that someone will give me a call but no one has called.

Hope someone may dare to talk to that location n response me.

I have rented from this location on several occasions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recently I was there when the Enterprise rental processing system went down nationwide. Despite the obvious issues, the local staff worked very hard to minimize delays and get everyone into their cars. Highly recommended!

My phone number is the same except two numbers are swapped. I have been getting calls from your customers for as long as I can remember. The last one said my number is what they gave her. Give your customers the correct information!

Jason was absolutely AMAZING assisting me with my car rental!! I was a walk in customer & wasn’t having a great day since our family truck was in an accident last night. Jason confirmed getting the confirmation number from our insurance company & assisted us with getting a rental quickly. Jason by far is the best employee I have ever dealt with at Enterprise location. He totally turned around my Saturday with me leaving with all smiles.

Excellent customer service. Robert Walters is the branch manager and his customer service is outstanding. I was helped right away and Robert informed me of everything I needed to know. The best place by far.
