Reserved a van, got there and no van available! I spoke to Anthony and told him that my parents 81&83 yrs coming with us and our kids are under 25yrs can’t drive rental vehicle and driving our van with our dog. They calling around and made it happen! These people know customer service! Thank you all for coming through and being very nice when others before us had cursed at you all Anthony, Ivan, and Anastasia. I wasn’t there when that happen. If I did, it wouldn’t have happen on my watch! We’re all human beings be nice to human and cursed at the computer or corporate!

The staff and manager made this experience wonderful. Easy to check in and drop off the vehicle. They were all professional and knowledgeable along with providing great customer service as always. I’ve rented from this location 5 times in the past few months and each time I’ve been provided excellent customer service.

I made a reservation two weeks in advance at the enterprise at the address: 4090 Johns Creek Pkwy Ste D, Suwanee, GA 30024 for a week (Ford pickup truck). When I arrived to pick up the car, the manager, Anfornee L.Stewart, told me that there was no car available at this address .Then he (Anfornee L.Stewart) told me that there was a car at another address. I spent 40 minutes driving to another address. When I got there, there was only one car in terrible condition - unprepared and very dirty. The manager said that we need to wait until it is cleaned. After 15 minutes he said that we could take the car. I saw it and it was still dirty. The manager (Anfornee L. Stewart) told me that they did not have a vacuum cleaner to clean the seat upholstery in the car and the floor. After that, I returned to the first address where I booked and asked the general manager (Anfornee L. Stewart) to change my car, because the condition of this car was terrible. Since I planned to take this car for traveling with children, and not for work, to get into it in dirty clothes. To this, the manager (Anfornee L.Stewart) answered me - give me the keys, I will cancel the reservation. Since I needed a car, I took it and spent the whole day cleaning it at home. I would like to once again note the disgusting and disrespectful attitude towards me. I felt hostility on the part of Anfornee L.Stewart. I ask Enterprise to pay attention to my review as managers like Anfornee L.Stewart spoil the company’s reputation. When I arrived to drop off the car, another manager apologized and sympathized with me, and he promised to send me a coupon for one free day by email the next time I booked a car. He did not fulfill his promise and never sent the coupon.

I wanted to start my review of this location by saying "Thanks" to Stewart who is the rental car manager of this location. In my opinion, among all the customer service agents we met at any of the enterprise locations (I always rent from Enterprise, and this probably was my 30th/31st car rental from them) as of the last time, in my opinion, Stewart was the best and his quality of service was above and beyond. We went to drop off a car that we picked up at the airport. As soon as we entered their office, Stewart greeted us and told us that he would be with us shortly. It was very busy at that time, and I didn't notice any other agent, he was alone serving customer. I noticed two other customer seating and right after we entered, two other customers followed us. We noticed; he was serving each customer very quickly with great efficiency without making anyone disappointed or making anyone waiting no more than 2-3 minutes. I think this gentleman Stwart) deserves to be a trainer for other customer service agent as he seems to know how to take care of customers with great satisfaction. Some of us (waiting customers) started talking how good and quick he is.
I recommend to the management to promote Stewart to be a lead trainer or give him a position in their corporate office, as I am sure he would be a great asset for the company. I have been in customer service for last 20 years and I know how important it is to make your customers happy to be a successful business.

The car was clean and ran perfectly. Checking in was a breeze. Checking the car out, however, was delayed due to lack of cars -- despite this location teilling us they were all set. We could have chosen any of several other nearby locaations that actually had cars. The two guys who handled the actual car check-out and check-in process with handing over the keys were both excellent. I felt that the front desk people on check-out were more concerned with their monthly bonuses and vacation schedules than us customers -- but the check-in front desk was perfect.

The service I received at the Suwanee, GA location was excellent. It was a busy Sunday over Memorial Day weekend with only one person working at this location. He was hustling from here to there accommodating multiple customers at the same time. I, like many others, tend to be far more patient with delays when the company’s employees are going out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating, even when under tremendous time pressure.
The return was just as pleasant. Thankfully the same employee had help that day, but she was new to Enterprise and was only on day 3.
I’ll continue to use this location for my car rentals.

I recently had a notable experience with Enterprise that I'd like to share. I needed a large vehicle for a trip to Florida during the busy tourist season. Unfortunately, all the big trucks were unavailable. However, the manager went above and beyond, searching for alternatives and offering me a Toyota Tacoma or a 12-passenger van. Despite the limited options, my family and I decided on the van.
The manager accommodated us by switching the reservation at no extra cost, given the lack of similar vehicles. This gesture was greatly appreciated.
While dealing with insurance, I discovered differences in coverage among carriers. The manager was incredibly patient as I called Progressive to verify my coverage. Once confirmed, we were set to go.
I want to thank Enterprise for their customer-focused service. I understand the need for insurance verification, even though it can be inconvenient. The staff at this location were professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth experience.
