I have had good service from this location in the past, but not today. I walked in needing to ship a laptop and showed it to the guy. I asked for a standard 12x17x3 box, he asked his associate for that size, they came back with a 23x17x12 box. I asked if this was the right size and it was confirmed. They were not happy when they had to help provide some tap and paper for this extra large box that I did not want. Went to checkout and guess what, the box price went from the $2 that I thought it'd be, to $14. And my shipping should have been about $20 and was $60. Because they gave me this huge box. When I questioned it, they said that it was the smallest box they had that I could fit a laptop and they did not carry the size I wanted. Well, they could have said that. I'm shipping somewhere else for now on.

I brought a guitar in to ship and they shipped the case with no box around it. Naturally, it arrived damaged. They didn’t ask me if I wanted it boxed so I just considered it common sense that of course you’d put a fragile instrument in a box. Apparently it was unwise to assume that FedEx cares about packages arriving in one piece.

Please train your employees properly. Came by to mail some documents international and was told it needed a special form to be mailed. Left went searching online for the form, found it was actually not needed. Went to UPS they told me that was not correct and was able to mail it off right away. Thank you for making me waste hours of my day.

On October 10th at 6:40 PM, the women employee working alone was extremely kind. She patiently waited and explained everything slowly with a smile.(cus I'm not comfortable with english) She made my day. I don’t know her name, but thank you so much.

I assume the person working there is the person who owns the business. The guy is extremely impatient and rude. Doesn’t want to help in any way or give any useful info. Just tries to charge what he can. Use a different FedEx. There are plenty.

The open time is 9 am, they are still closed at 9.30 am. Please change the time or change yourself and open the store on time.

We were printing our wedding brochures, and we were disappointed to find that the bleed was not to the edge. We were only five days away from the wedding, so we were very stressed.We immediately took the brochures back to the store and explained the situation to the staff. The store owner, who was on duty at the time, was very understanding and apologetic.The store owner assured us that he would do everything he could to get us the correct brochures on time. He immediately arranged for a rush job and stayed at the store to personally oversee the reprinting process.The next morning, we received a call saying that the brochures were ready. We picked them up and were thrilled to see that they were perfect. The bleed was flawless and the colors were vibrant.We are so grateful to the store owner and his staff for their dedication and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect brochures. We would definitely use them again in the future.

One of the best Fedex locations by far… I ship things out very often and I’ve had the best experience here. Alexis does an impeccable job, making the process so much easier and quicker. 5 Stars all across the board!

tried to return my walmart order here because walmart said drop off at a fedex site, they said sorry their return scanner is broken, at least try to give an address for another fedex, not sure if their equipment really is old and malfunctioning or they dont like accepting heavy stuff.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Poor management and customer service. I was supposed to have a package delivered at 430, instead they tried at 11. Since no one was home to get the package they brought it to the office. Corporate was called and Rhee told us that we could go in and get it. Once arriving to the location I was not helped and was told multiple times before coming to the office that I wouldn’t have any problem getting the package I was supposed to get. The manager was unwilling to listen to what I had to say, kept shrugging me off, and basically told me that there is nothing he can do even tho he is holding my package. I was trying to get him to talk to the person I’m picking up for and he refused and once I finally got him on speaker he was rude and argumentative. Very awful experience and I would definitely recommend going anywhere else.

Have showed up twice during the week where office hours say there open at 9 am. Yet it is now almost 10am and the doors are still locked. I watched an employee walk in around 9:45am and still doors are locked... if the hours on the door and online need to be changed please do so.
