We were printing our wedding brochures, and we were disappointed to find that the bleed was not to the edge. We were only five days away from the wedding, so we were very stressed.We immediately took the brochures back to the store and explained the situation to the staff. The store owner, who was on duty at the time, was very understanding and apologetic.The store owner assured us that he would do everything he could to get us the correct brochures on time. He immediately arranged for a rush job and stayed at the store to personally oversee the reprinting process.The next morning, we received a call saying that the brochures were ready. We picked them up and were thrilled to see that they were perfect. The bleed was flawless and the colors were vibrant.We are so grateful to the store owner and his staff for their dedication and customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect brochures. We would definitely use them again in the future.

One of the best Fedex locations by far… I ship things out very often and I’ve had the best experience here. Alexis does an impeccable job, making the process so much easier and quicker. 5 Stars all across the board!

tried to return my walmart order here because walmart said drop off at a fedex site, they said sorry their return scanner is broken, at least try to give an address for another fedex, not sure if their equipment really is old and malfunctioning or they dont like accepting heavy stuff.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Poor management and customer service. I was supposed to have a package delivered at 430, instead they tried at 11. Since no one was home to get the package they brought it to the office. Corporate was called and Rhee told us that we could go in and get it. Once arriving to the location I was not helped and was told multiple times before coming to the office that I wouldn’t have any problem getting the package I was supposed to get. The manager was unwilling to listen to what I had to say, kept shrugging me off, and basically told me that there is nothing he can do even tho he is holding my package. I was trying to get him to talk to the person I’m picking up for and he refused and once I finally got him on speaker he was rude and argumentative. Very awful experience and I would definitely recommend going anywhere else.

Have showed up twice during the week where office hours say there open at 9 am. Yet it is now almost 10am and the doors are still locked. I watched an employee walk in around 9:45am and still doors are locked... if the hours on the door and online need to be changed please do so.

The store hour says 9am to 7pm and I am here at 9:15am and still closed. This is ridiculous.

First time shipping from this FedEx location(45 minutes before they close) and wow talk about customer service! Rahman thank you for the best experience anyone could ever have! Will definitely recommend anyone in the area to ship from that store.

I want to ship the mask box. They told me I can not ship that box without buying a new box to put my box inside their box. I know they lied to me because I ship my mask boxes all the times at FedEx. Plus, when I told them I will go to somewhere else then they just shook their head and sad "ok", seem like they don't care about the customer who bring the money to the owner of that place. Today is 1/29/2002 and it happens around 3:30pm. There are 2 guys at the shop and they work together to push the customer away.

Every time I leave this location, I am so thankful. This is literally the best shipping place within a 10 mile radius. The staff members are polite and take their time with each customer while also being as efficient as possible. Always a 5 Star experience. Thank you!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Irene, the store owner and her employee Deron, the store manager at the time of this incidence are thieves! I gave up trying to retrieve a UPS package I left with Deron this past summer. I dropped off a UPS package at this FEDEX location by accident - my mistake. When I realized this a few days later and went back to Deron he claimed he couldn't recollect what happened to the package he received from me and that they were not liable. ( He had made a comment about my flimsy wrapping/packaging when he took the package from me. The package contained 2 pairs of Oofos) I asked for information to contact the owner, that's when Deron gave me Irene's number. Irene promptly responded to my initial contact, requesting my timeline of the visit to the store which I gave to her accurately. Irene said she'd review the surveillance video and get back with me, this was on 8/5/21. August 10th, I texted Irene no response. August 13th I called and texted Irene again, this time Irene responded that she saw the video but needed to verify what it was. That was the last time she responded to me. I followed up for another couple of weeks.I guess she found out that her boy had actually stolen the package ,realizing that she would be responsible for compensating me, quit taking and responding to my calls and text messages. After dealing with this for about a month or so and contacting FedEx corporate with no resolution, I gave up.Stay away from this store and especially from an owner who aids and colludes with her employees to steal your packages.

We have used this facility since 2011 with no issues until today. Rahman is RUDE and has no customer service nor has the capacity to undertstand the business of logistics. We needed about 20 of the purple label tags to send off Covid testing kits. He had about 200 in stock. He said I had to request from corporate which is delayed two weeks.So FedEx rather ship me a handful of labels but I am not allowed to pick them up at a store???Please remove this manager from the location with one who undertstands how commercial accounts work for lab providers.

Manager Rahman needs training .. I have been there to fedex a package he is telling me address from has to be of the person who is dropping and I never heard of it … I always do fedex and I did fedex it from different location but it wasted my time to drive at this location wait for my turn
