The lady working there has horrible customer service. I went there to print . She gave me little guidance and acted as if she didn’t want to help me out . I would never go there again.

Lousy service from the manager at this branch.
FedEx accidentally printed additional copies of my item (an error on their part) and instead of letting me keep the extras and find some purpose for it, the manager was smug and said that she would be shredding it since I didn’t pay for them. The printing was already done, why waste them other than petty behavior?
Way to lose a repeat customer. Please know that printing options and FedEx locations are a dime a dozen, and it would be worth your while to keep customers happy so they don’t take their business elsewhere like I will be doing.
The other employees seem kind and professional but cannot say the same about the manager.

Awesome job Sadie for creating announcement signs 3 days before wedding and reception event . Wonderful customer service and excellent turn around time. Very kind, polite and great attention to detail.

I’m not big on reviews (especially if they are mean). But I called for a simple printing question (I wanted to know if they had an inkjet printer so I can print onto transfer paper) and the staffer didn’t realize she was not on mute when she asked the question and the manager proceeded to make fun of me and laugh at my question. C’mon man, common courtesy? We are all trying to do our job. Don’t make it so difficult.

Never coming to this location again. Very rude and not willing to help. Dropped off envelope and still not able to track my envelope. It has been one week already. They lost the envelope and never scanned the envelope in. Poor customer service
