Saubiya-Khan was so helpful and kind!! I came in at 4:55 on a Friday and she made sure to help me! I was worried coming so late would be a problem but they got it all sorted out for me. This has been my second time having to get a new debit card and its been a great experience both times.

Saubiya’s customer service was outstanding. She was able to solve a matter for me within two days whereas I was working with another financial institution for months and they were still unable to rectify. Saubiya was timely and communicative throughout the process and achieved what I was looking for! I am very happy with the service and will continue to use Ameris, and this branch specifically, as my financial institution.
