I went into the tire shop to inquire about some lug nuts and the front counter guy basically said no to my question as I was trying to explain what I needed and I didn't get a chance to explain exactly what I needed. He dismissed our one way conversation. Their were no other customers in the store at that time.I'll never go back or recommend them.My new tire shop now is Discount Tire

While traveling on vacation, our run flat tire had a sidewall puncture and needed to be replaced. They were able to find the exact matching high performance tire replacement, had it delivered, and installed in three hours (just as promised). All the people working there were very helpful, professional, and courteous. The location was perfect, in that there is a movie theater and restaurants in the same shopping center. Since we were from out of town, that made the wait almost enjoyable.Services: Tires

I came in there with a tire going flat. Even with me being a first time customer they helped me. The guys here were so nice, even though they were busy, they took my car right in and fixed my flat tire right away. I was able to get to my appointment across town on time!Service: Tires

I needed a tire plug after picking up a screw in my tire. They got me right in, fixed the issue and got me on my way in less then 20 minutes. Straight forward service. I would definitely use them again!

Awful. They made a blunder while working on our vehicle admitted it, but made us pay for it. Totally unethical. We had a vehicle that was overheating and we took out the thermostat to see if that was the problem. The overheating stayed, so we took the vehicle to Performance Tire and explained the situation. They called the next day and told me they replaced the thermostat, turned the vehicle on and left it running while they worked on other vehicles. The radiator blew up. They then diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan clutch. They changed us for the fan clutch and also $1000.00 for the radiator which, by their own admission, they destroyed. The mechanic said that he didn't have time to watch our vehicle, as he had other work to do. I left a message for the owner to call but got no response. I emailed the owner and got no response. I withheld payment hoping to get the owners attention. Their answer was to hold another of our vehicles hostage until everything was paid. We had no choice as we needed our other vehicle, so we paid. Do not use this company, ever.

I carried my car to Performance TIre and Auto due to a leak in my radiator on 2/13/23. When it was repaired on 2/15/23 I was contacted by the shop that it was repaired. I carried the car home. That weekend I placed the car in my shop to change the spark plugs. Upon raising the hood I noticed that I didn’t see my oil dipstick. After looking closer, I noticed it was broken. I took pictures and stopped by their shop and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained what had happened, that my dipstick was broken during the radiator repair. I know the dipstick was fine because I had checked my oil 2 days before the radiator started leaking. All the manager repeated was we didn’t do an oil change. I explained that I understand that, but the dipstick was fine when I carried the car in for repairs on the radiator. After I repeatedly tried to explained, all I received as an explanation is that we didn’t do an oil change and that the dipstick was not in the area of repair. I finally asked the manager ( so what you’re explaining to me is that this damage is my liability?). I was told that he didn’t see how the shop could have damaged this. At that point I was very frustrated and said that I will never be back again and left. I know for a fact that this damage was done during the radiator repair. I hope this review makes it back to the shop. After all it is a good business practice if damage is done during a repair service it is the responsibility of the shop to make it right.

Ran over something on I-85 that ruined a run flat tire late Thursday afternoon. Thanks to Google, I found Performance Tire. My tire couldn’t be fixed, but they told me they could get a replacement by 10:30 Friday morning. They did just that and by 11:15, I was on my way with minimal interruption to my work schedule. I was 3 hours from home and at their mercy, but they were prompt, professional and efficient; couldn’t have asked for more. If I ever need tire work in Suwannee, will gladly use them again.Service: Tires

Went for an alignment and they made a mess of my car. Worse after their alignment than it was before.Took it back to them 3 times in 5 days. Still drove crooked and steering wheel was off center/crooked (was neither before they touched it).Took it to another shop who straightened it out.

Been going here almost 2 years. Absolutely love the service. I recently had to get my brakes and rotors replaced and even though they didn't have the parts they got them and completed the service, same day.Only con is they close at 5pm.Thank you Brandon and the team!
