First Citizens Bank has served us very well during the three years we have lived in Georgia. We have found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and we are happy to support a regional bank.

Worst bank ever. It’s no wonder their locations are like ghost towns. Do not bank here. You will regret it. They are not customer focused and do not care about keeping their customers happy and satisfied especially if you have an error or fraud on your account. They are snotty and think they are better than everyone.

I love this hometown bank, my father did business here and now, so do I. When you walk in, you're greeted by name, customer service is superb. If you want a personal banking experience, open an account here.

It's been over year since first citizens bank bought out guarantu/ best Bank.During that time, they have failed to merge their new customers with their existing services. Its still required to go inside to complete all transactions and also they still use paper forms to fill out in order to do anything on your account. On top of that, only certain tellers are dedicated for Best Bank customers which causes unnecessary wait when other tellers are free. They shrug off any complaints you may have and have the same ridiculous fees as Best Bank did. Obviously they don't realize why they went out of business in the first place. The inconvenience and lengthy waits hav caused me to change banks all together and not looking back

I have been with this bank for several years a have personal and business accounts, lines of credit and a auto loan. Great customer service.

they took over best bank and are to far for me to travel so I closed my account. They said they would send me a check for the $ I had left in my account but instead they sent me a $5 overdraft fee but I had closed my account. so i called the online service again and she said the last person i spoke with didnt close it completly so she would closed it and that I would have to go to the bank to discuss the fee.. a fee i never should have git because my account had money in it...it was a day ago ..its the weekend and now I get a letter for an overdraft fee of $41 dollars!!! how is that even possible. I will be going to the bank first thing Monday morning but tge last said I would still have to pay the fee.. I don't think so!!! This this was the worst bank experience. it should of been closed and now I have to pay for their mistakes!!!ðŸ˜
