These crews (packers and movers) really knew their stuff. They were fast, efficient, professional, organized and extremely nice. Not only would I use them again, I highly recommend them. I'm extremely grateful I found them through Trust Dale.

The quote we received for our move into our Pods was off by 2 hours, significantly increasing the cost. The guys worked hard and did an excellent job. When it came time to unload the Pods, only 2 of the 3 guys showed up (our contract was for 3). My husband did the work of the 3 guy so the move wouldn’t go past the 3 hour quote, truly defeating the purpose of hiring movers. All he got was a sorry and $100 off the cost. We waited 2 weeks to hear about our request for a greater discount only to be denied. When the client has to do the work, your service isn’t good. We are very disappointed in the company, but recognize the guys who showed up worked hard and did a good job. Oh, and writing FRAGILE on a box is meaningless.

Deathony, Germaine, Andrew and Shawn have been exceptional. They made this move one of the best we’ve had to date (and we’ve moved many times). The men were mindful of the furniture and walls when moving items into the house. They even assembled furniture without being asked when needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Ga Pack and Load. From start to finish, they made what is usually such a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. The moving team went above and beyond. They were kind, patient, and so hardworking. They not only packed and moved everything carefully, but they also put together all of my beds, helped arrange furniture, and moved things around as much as I needed until it felt just right.
Beforehand, I worked with Mrs. Mary and her amazing packing team, and they were just as wonderful! Extremely organized, efficient, and so respectful of my home. Everyone truly cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the entire move.
This was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had, and I am so grateful for their help. I would highly, highly recommend DeAnthony , Earl , Andrew, Trenell, Fred, Desean, and the entire Ga Pack and Load team to anyone moving soon…. they’re simply the best! 💛

I’ve moved several times in my life and I have never experienced such a careless moving crew. They damaged several of my antiques, as well as other furniture. Didn’t put the beds back together correctly, broke the power base for my bed which was working when they picked up our furniture and now it’s not. To make matters worse we had a representative from the company come out to look at the damage and instead of being honest he said when he returned from vacation he would send a person to repair the furniture. Although they came recommended, it’s unfortunate I would not in good conscience be able to recommend them.

We have used GA Pack and Load a couples times now and they have always been great. Pedro and his team were great getting us moved in quickly so we could start unpacking. Could not recommend them enough!
