The boba was great, the right combo of soft and chewy and the teas were tasty. We got a waffle and it came out piping hot and was delicious!I spilled my drink all over and the employees could not have been nicer. They cleaned up the whole thing without hesitation AND offered to remake my drink for me. Such great customer service. We will definitely be back.

This Gong Cha handles delivery orders in a shady way. They will charge you extra when ordering without your consent or agreement for things not listed on the online menu such as "no ice". Either fix your menu online or don't charge customers without their consent. This is fraud. Lawrence was very unhelpful and admitted to charging items without my consent and refused to issue a refund. I will not be ordering from this store again either on delivery or in store.

Gong Cha in Suwanee across the Assi Plaza is amazing! Their teas are so delicious and I am a massive fan of their Earl Grey. They have the best Earl Grey tea of all the boba/bubble tea chains in my opinion. Get the Earl Grey with half sweetness, with milk foam and boba. The customer service here is always nice. They are always patient when I order and are usually always smiling. The associate that helped me goes by Gao! The shop itself has seating, but I usually grab a drink and take it Togo. When I visited with my family, there was enough room for all of us! We got hit by that post-school crowd and it really got crowded! Just demonstrates how good it is!

I get 100% ice to make it refreshing! The customer service here is always nice. They are always patient when I order and are usually always smiling. The associate that helped me is Gao! He is so nice!! The shop itself has seating, but I usually grab a drink and take it Togo. I recently visited again with my family and it is a great place to catch up and talk! We got hit with the post-school rush, and it got cramped! Only demonstrates how good it is though!

If you're looking for a really nice bubble tea experience that won't trigger anxiety, this is a great option. I started staying in this area just so I could come here. ? The interior design gives a feeling of warmth and relaxation and the staff are patient, polite and focused, while still quick at delivering your order.They have a nice selection of beverages aside from tea, which is a nice change of pace - I hope they keep the creme brulee series going, though, because it's absolutely my favorite.

Yummy bubble tea. Recommend taro bubble tea with white pearl. Ask for 20-30% of sugar because it is very sweet even with 30% sugar
