The associate here was so mean and rude. I came to drop some clothes off and they were closed. He was outside. (Didn’t get his name ) black bald man. So I said good morning. He ignored me. I assumed he didn’t hear me. But I then went back once they opened to give the clothes. This man came around the corner and rolled his eyes at me. I’ve never been treated like this before in a good will. I asked how his day was going. And he sucked his teeth at me. Just ridiculous. Please work on customer service and training. Another gentleman was outside in the front smoking a cigarette. The way the bald black man in the green vest treated me was so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Not impressed with the no service attitude. I dropped of donations. Was not acknowledged upon arrival. It helped at.all. I asked if there was anyone else inside and the Indian guy smoking a Cadillac cancer stick told me I could put whatever it is inside. Said it was his break and he was the only one there and nothing he could do about it.This is the last time goodwill receives my donations.

This location is awful. Almost everytime I come during the hours which they are supposed to be open, they are not. And in the rare case someone is there during operating hours, they tell you that they’re not accepting anymore donations or ask you to take them to the truck. I’ve been bringing things to Goodwill for years and this is the only location that I have come across this issue consistently (and of course, it’s the closest one to my house, but still 10 minutes I drive to get there only for them to usually be closed).

Goodwill is generally good, but the employees at this location are jerks with no understanding of customer service. Please fire them.

Half the time they are not open during their posted hours and the other half, they aren’t accepting donations!

This location should be avoided at all cost.I had waited her minutes in my car till 2PM, the worker entered the office at the sharp 2PM. Then the worker threatened me to call a police watching me unloading my donations yelling "2:10" as if the office hour was flexible at her discretion . I and my belongs were treated like a trash.

I made multiple donation runs to multiple centers as I prepared to move. This location isn’t worth your time to drive to. We were actually turned away because the worker told us she didn’t want to sort so much by herself. She refused to let us unload!

I love Goodwill, both as a shopper and as a donor. Unfortunately, I’ve been let down every time I come to this location to donate. Once, they were grumpy about which way to pull my car up. On several occasions, they’ve been closed during their supposed open hours. I hope operations improve here.

Saw that this place didn’t have the best reviews so wanted to share our experience. We made 2 drop offs so far at this location and it was fast and easy to do so. Attendant was helpful.

I think some of the negative reviews may be a misunderstanding. The front door does say Closed although they are within Business Hours. But if you stare at the door long enough out of frustration you’ll notice that it also says to use the other door (which has an Open sign). When you ride over the cable on the side of the business, someone comes out and he was extremely pleasant.

They close at times NOT LISTED on here. It's like they just get tired and go home. Not sure who is managing this place but they need to step it up.
