Traveled Cobb County and noticed tire pressure dropping. Discovered screw in tire. Found Mavis and was immediately assisted. Tire was plugged and I’m very grateful for the quick service.

booked an appointment at noon, brought the car there and the lady told us it wouldn’t take long and would be done shortly. no call received at all, called the place at 4:00~ pm and was put on hold until i was told the car was next up in line (when i was told it wouldn’t be long until it was done at 12:00 pm). we then arrived before they close at 5:00 pm and only then they said they couldn’t fix the car because “the tire was in the warehouse.”

I stopped by Mavis to see if they could help me with changing my brake lights. It is something simple, but I didn't have the tools at home. Heather was so nice and accommodating. You could hear the technicians singing Motown enjoying their work day. Good customer service will always bring me back. Thanks.
