I received bad treatment from the employee called Holi, they shouldn't have people like that, she took my items from my hands that I had already scanned without first verifying the account and she was talking to me as if I wasn't going to pay for them. What a lack of respect indeed. I will not come to this supermarket again. The customer service was horrible towards me.

Gayest location ever. They will not let you in 5 minutes before they close. Will avoid at all costs.

I’ve been going to this Kroger for 15 years and i’m officially avoiding it like the plague. They continue to hire old people who don’t know the first thing about customer service. They consistently get offended when I ask for help as if I’ve said the worst thing they’ve ever heard. They purposely walk away from me in order to NOT help me. At least the teens on their phone help when you ask.
Every time I come in here It seems like it’s a completely new staff. Just overall staff is so consistently bad this is management’s fault 100%.
I’m just so sick of this place getting worse and worse. Y’all should be embarrassed, out here acting like a Walmart.

I frequent this Kroger multiple times a week at various times of the day. During peak hours when the self checkout lanes are crucial and the lines are backed up through the aisle, most times I find the person “attending” the self check out lanes on their phones or goofing off. The self checkout lamps are blinking due to customer needs and there’s a wait because the attendant isn’t paying attention. Also, there are lanes where they can help customers get through the line quicker if they help bag groceries. However hanging out and cracking jokes are more important.
Tonight, I come in about 10 minutes to close. I understand the store is going to close soon as I needed two quick items. I’m greeted at the door, that’s already locked and manually opened by someone who tells me that the store is about to close, giving me the feeling that I can’t come in. I push my way in and get my items. I get in the line and guess what? All The folks working the self check out line, one I see on a regular basis goofing off, wants to help bag my two quarts of ice cream so they can rush me out.
This Kroger is within walking distance of my house but I’d rather go to the one a little further away. This one has less selection and is not worth the time unless you have a last minute grab

The Kroger store located at 2121 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Hwy has to be rated as one of the worst stores in the Kroger chain. The employees are irresponsible and incompetent, the management isn't professionally up to par especially the young manager and employees working the evening shift who are for the most part extremely young and inattentive, who seem to be more focused on their fellow coworkers instead of paying attention to customers who patronize the store making it possible for them to be employed at that location. If you are too incompetent to properly bag purchases maybe working a register isn't the best fit for you; and, if the young female manager isn't capable of addressing a customer's complaint in a professional manner maybe her position as a manager should be reconsidered. No one has the time or money to waste on return visits to a store to retrieve items left off of an order that has been bought and paid for.
P.s.- this store is poorly stocked most of the time.

You need to do better. Customer checkout is a nightmare. Not enough cashiers and most people are forced to do self checkout. Only 1 open cashier at 10:30 on a Sunday morning, this is not customer focused at all. Profit focus is evident. Kroger do better.

Teen employees standing around doing nothing, and my 76 year old dad had to bag all of his groceries? He wasn't even at self check out. And since he couldn't keep an eye on everything ringing up, since he was busy bagging everything, he was over charged on a bunch of sale items.
What has happened to this company???

DO NOT ORDER PERSONALIZED BIRTHDAY CAKES FROM HERE!!! I ordered a cake for my sons birthday just for them to never have received the order. Not only that but no one even attempted to rectify the situation. They had another kroger bakery call me just to tell me that they can make my cake but it will still not be ready in time for today's party. It took them 2days to even pick up the phone to let me know what was going on with my order. I normally order from publix but I decided to give kroger a try because they have been great with my online pick up orders but never again will I place such a responsibility on this store ever again. I am completely hurt that my son will not have his cake today. Absolutely ubsurd!

Buying produce here... is an experience. This was the third time these last few weeks I tried to buy Jicama here - instead, I had to go to a different store. 2 stars for consistency.. consistency of having ugly/shriveled up produce.

There were no cash registers open except for self checkout. This occurred an hour before closing… There was a group of 5 employees standing by customers service doing nothing, but talking. I had a difficult time operating the self checkout with the belt. I did not appreciate the customer service I experienced.
