Don't buy countertops from Lowe's. Especially work with this store. They put on huge sale on their list price But after the store staff lured you in with a very reasonable price they will give it to the third party then you will find out you need pay 25% more after measurement. If you ask why the price goes up so high? Third party will ask you to talk to Lowes and Lowes will ask you to talk to third party! Many hidden cost!! After we called many times and finally be told that one cost they added is they charge $200 extra for each not straight cut corner. Our countertop has not changed. we have a lot corners are not straight. it is very easy to raise thousands dollar on the cost, They should have put that cost on the initial quote before the measurement. They also added a big charge on the dishwasher mounting. (I verify with Home depot and HD doesn't charge it). . so we end up quitting this project but they charge $120 for the measurement. It was done in 10 minute. Big rip off. We feel like they are responsible for the measurement fee we lost. Because we are ready for them to do the work AND NOT EXPECTED THE COST GOES UP TO 25% MORE.

Went to store around 3pm on 2/9 with 2 cans of paint to be shaken. After waiting awhile for an associate to come, Minnie came by and I asked her if anyone was working the paint desk, and she tried to page someone. I thank her for the effort.Still no associate came. After waiting a while longer, I left and took my business to ace as I am painting a bathroom tomorrow. Boy being a retired Assistant Manager for Lowes, caring customer service has really gone down in this store. I can say that after being the HR Manager in that store from 2004 to 2007.

Absolutely terrible experience w install. The installers did not call as promised and the install itself raised a lot of questions, zero confidence in the installer very unprofessional and I had to assist on the install. Past experiences have been good. Had to get managers involved. Purchased a premium product in a Bosch Dishwasher- typically purchase Whirlpool products- all from this store.

Always a good location but specifically, today, Ehab (service desk team member). This Christmas Eve he selflessly helped a struggling father with last minute family preparations… as time ticked down to holiday closing and created a Christmas miracle for me. He specifically addressed my concern and went above and beyond! Seriously though, writing this review to let the company and customers know what a great job he did for me and showing my appreciation for his service. His mannerisms, problem solving, customer service and overall interaction may be worthy of more on his path. Thank you and I hope this helps in any way progress this location and this young man, Ehab.

Went in to this Lowe’s to look for a unique little fender washer. Grant was very kind and professional and he helped me find just what I needed.

What I like about Lowe’s is, you can always find an associate to help much faster than the other store, I bought ceramic tiles and toilets, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This Lowe’s location is never busy. Quick in and out option. I’ve come here several times and it has always been a quick and easy process. Using the pick up lockers has also been a very helpful thing if your crunched for time. Definitely will use this location again

Called the number listed below in the Loews Corporate response to my review as was requested. The wait time for an associate was 15 plus minutes. No thanks - just another issue.“Purchased a Bosch DW on Tuesday 12/27 via an assistant manager who will remain un named. We were told to call back for installation details the following day.We were told that day after we had purchased prior day - that DW would not be at store for 7-10 days and installer would call us.One week later still no calls regarding installation so we called that same assistant store manager spoke to him and he promised me he would follow up and get back to us.He never did that day. So called the next day. Still no call back. Finally called again the following day and spoke to a different personDisappointed as he appeared at time of sale to be very customer service centric.Today - Received call from installer that first available delivery time is next Thursday almost 2 1/2 weeks later.Would have been greatly appreciated if the store manager or dept person who completed paper work would have educated us on all of the above prior to purchasing on 12/27/23.For past 29 yrs have purchased all appliances from this store including granite counter tops etc.”

I returned a fridge from here almost 3 weeks ago and our refund isn’t even processing yet. We’ve made multiple calls to customer service who say they’ll call us with an update within 24 hrs, but they never called back. We call the store, they transfer us to appliances, and then no one answers the phone.Why take back the fridge if they cannot give us back our money?
