Awful Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Market at Macy’s in Johns Creek. I tried to return a coat with the receipt and tags intact, but the representative outright refused to process the return. Her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t provide any valid explanation and seemed more interested in dismissing me than addressing the issue.
The lady, who appeared to be of Russian or Middle Eastern descent, had no sense of customer service. I expect a higher standard from Macy’s, and this encounter has definitely made me think twice about shopping here again.

A terrible customer experience beyond imagination. For a moment, we could not believe we were in an American top retail brand. Nov 26th, 2024 around 6.10-6.15pm ET. I was at the Market By Macy’s store in the John Creek Town Center in Suwanee, looking at sweaters in the Clothing section. A Macy’s employee (most likely name: Renee) a stout, plump lady of brown color, in pink dress, came charging at me claiming that I was deliberately throwing the dresses everywhere. I had touched 3 sweaters only, trying to check the size! I came back with someone from the Customer service but she still was as adamant as ever. Interestingly, both Renee and the person from the Customer service said they were “one of the Store managers”. I wonder for a store of this size, how many store managers does Macy’s have. Management should check their cameras. She had no right to charge a customer like that. Very rude behavior. This was totally unexpected from Macy’s.

They have terrible customer service and the employees are incredibly rude and arrogant. The employees think they could do whatever they want. They wouldn’t even let me use the samples! Don’t go here. Worst place ever! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Worst customer service experience. Staff at registers are very rude. Anytime I had to return anything, they showed tons of attitude, behaved as they were doing me a favor. I never had such a bad experience with North Point Mall store. I would prefer to drive extra mile to North Point Mall store than visiting this neighborhood store.

I was at this Macy’s today June 8th around 3:30. There was not enough employees on the floor, but that’s not all I saw. With my own eyes today a employee passed out on the floor and a manager was tryna just play it off and pick her up and kept telling her to get up instead of getting help or calling 911 because obviously this woman HAS PASSED OUT SO YOU GET HELP that’s common sense, And I could tell it was from stress because she came out the back room crying. So this Macy’s has not made a good first impression on me. I used to love Macy’s but now I’m wondering what has happened to this company because i haven’t been seeing good stuff from Macy’s lately and i wonder is it the management?🤔🤷🏻♂️ what is going on? I wish I could give 1 and a half star but it doesn’t have that option🤷🏻♂️

store is clean and bright but a small selection of a lot of stuff. I love the Starbuck in there but I just don't understand the concept. It felt like I was in a a fancy Dress Barn. Too small for what Macy's is known for.

Too expensive ,hardly any shoppers due to high price ,very small section of lingerie ,deals on perfumes during holiday season .

Worst experience ever. The customer service is rude and non competent. Didn’t check that the footwear is of the same foot.We are now looking into cancelling my platinum membership. It’s not worth it.
