DJ and crew were awesome at this location. The appointment was on time and tire repair was completed within 30 minutes. Hands down the quickest tire repair I have ever experienced. DJ also spent the time and effort to order a tire that was somewhat a special request for a new wheel hub that I had ordered. No problem whatsoever. Customer service is great at this location, you should check them out.

They do not seem to be able to process fleet cars. Odd though? I've had service there before? The past repair service they provided me in the past was fine. But it was just an oil change and a tire rotation? But again, if you have a fleet/company car it seems to be a problem here. They even recommended I go to another Mavis. I wanted to give this location some more business because they really seem like they're struggling for the work? Glad I took it to another Mavis, and they gladly accepted my national fleet card.

Richard at the 3510 Peachtree Parkway, Suwanee is the ultimate definition of customer service. I was attemptingto fill air in my tires at self service. He came out immediately and had me pull up the service area so he could checks all tires and fill to proper pressure. He had suggested if I had any other issues toplease return and he would put it on the lift to expect all tires throughly. My husband has always been treated with respect and fair deals.He made sure I knew which Mavis to visit!!! Thank you Richard.

Excellent service time over time. For example came in today near closing time with no appointment to drop off the vehicle. The service was performed today! I’m have always been treated fair at this location.I sincerely appreciate the manager Richard and his staff especially Race who had services all of my vehicles repeatedly. I can definitely recommend this location for your vehicles service needs.

I had a tire un tute on the walk which was non reapairable could not buy from this location as I had a hazard warranty on that tire from another location .The service man at this location Raqe Young helped us in installing spare tire so that we can drive to other location. Great service thanks to him??

I visited Mavis Tire with a tire emergency right before heading out of town on a road trip last week. Everyone in the shop was relational, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They had the chance to try to up-sell me, but were honest and did not. The work on my tire was done quickly and expertly. I will definitely refer others to this location and will return myself should the need arise.

Richard knows top-notch customer service. He's also a really good dude to talk to. Very knowledgeable. I just purchased tires from him a few weeks back, spring a screw in one of them. He pulled me right through and patched it up, no problem. Didn't charge me for anything. A+ service. Come here for your tire and other automotive needs!

I originally was looking to go to another tire place, but stopped at Mavis Tire bcus they were close by. The manager Richard Dejohnette gave us VIP customer service making sure he matched any pricing & made us feel like he appreciates his customers. I almost left, but he was so personable & took such care of us that I'll definitely be coming back for ALL of my tire care.

I reported here last week on the poor service and mistreatment I received. Update: got a call from corporate that they wanted to talk with me. I called talked to 2 cs reps who said the regional manager would call in 24 hours. No call as of Thursday. I called back and was told he would call today. It's 4 pm on Friday and no call. If there is no call by Monday I plan on moving this up the ladder. Thank You Mavis for the continued lack of service!

Took excellent care of me on a Saturday. All the other stores nearby were 2+ hour wait. The staff got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great management highly recommend will return. Called them back the next day due to another tire issue., and they took great care of me.

Great service! The people were very nice and good conversationalists! Super quick job when you need to get your tires rotated! They had water and a sitting area with a TV for while you wait!

I Had the best experience ever today at Mavis Tires. The service was above average, I bought 2 tires and got an oil change. The guys were very polite and made me feel as though we had been acquaintance for years. Mr. Raqe and the crew assisted me in every way I requested. Waiting was not a problem, I felt confident I was getting the best service. Another shop said I needed a spare. After the Tech looked at my spare and told me the one I have attached to my truck was just fine. Thanks guys! My truck rides great!
