I only rate Michael's 4 stars because the interior isn't as exciting as the inside of a Hobby Lobby. However, this Michael's is right behind my house and is closer than the closest Hobby Lobby, and it had exactly what I needed.
I was looking for faux roses with posable stems for a cosplay project I'm doing, and I found them very quickly.

Order online and pick up at the store. Most items seem to be locked up and although the associates are super nice, they looked too utterly drained to bother.

I’ve come in here a few times and there’s never anyone around to ask a question. The app shows things in the wrong spot and stuff isn’t labeled correctly or at all in the store. The people running the checkout also act like only they know how to use it and hover telling you what buttons to press

Love going here and love the staff but selection has seriously diminished. They have also stopped carrying major brands in lieu of their own brand (especially in yarns) and their own brand is quite inferior. So the only way to buy a decent yarn is to order it online elsewhere. I hate ordering online as I can't feel the textures or see the actual color saturation in the yarns or fabrics. Just an FYI, the competition stores have also switched to their own boring brands with boring options. Good luck finding pure wool or pure cotton as well, just blended options. Disappointing.

I was purchasing water on my way out and they were labeled 1.29, however they charged me 2.50 per water and wouldn’t take them off of my order when I asked them to immediately after she rang them up. I told her I didn’t want to pay $15 for 6 waters but she didn’t care, she said she already scanned them!!! Took my money and that was that!! I even called later and the manager wouldn’t do anything to help either!!!

spend your own money someplace else. i bought a $320 singer sewing machine from here two days ago only to open it up showing signs of it being USED! miranda, the manager on duty sounded a bit sarcastic and said the security footage didn’t back up my story when i said the box’s opening had a small slit and a hole on top, i didn’t think too much of this when i was purchasing it. this company had scammed us and don’t think i’m returning after this.

We come here mostly for the kids crafts and supplies.This weeks kids craft instructor , her name is Jackie was so patient . Big shout out to her for controlling the crowd and being so kind . Truly appreciate her ethical approach and dedication.

If you are into arts, crafts, stationary, etc. activities either as a hobby, academic project, or work related - head to Michael's, and you won't be disappointed.This is their 2nd store I visited in Alpharetta and Suwanee areas. Well organized and laid out aisles make your shopping easy, saving time. I like the choices and categories available. Pricing is similar, and you would not find many options.Billing is faster. While coming from the rear side way, it's sharp turn with less visibility. Be aware.
