“Jorge and his crew did a terrific job with my move today. Very efficient and careful with my furniture. Also very cordial. I would highly recommend Sebastian Moving Atlanta. I hope that I don’t need to move any time soon - however, the next time that I move, I plan to give them a call.”

“Daniel and Pedro M were amazing! Got my stuff loaded into the truck within an hour and a half and didn’t complain once about all of the stairs in my new place! Very friendly and easy to work with duo! No damage to furniture or my old or new place either! Amazing moving team!”

“Our rental community only allows containers on-site for up to two days, so we scheduled our drop-off for September 24 and pickup for September 26. While the drop-off was right on time, a driver shortage caused our pickup to get rescheduled via online chat to September 29 without my confirmation. Given our strict community rules, I called Customer Service right away. Even though they couldn't immediately reach the local warehouse, the representative truly understood my situation and escalated a ticket for an urgent pickup. First thing Monday morning (September 28), the local warehouse team called me and picked up both containers a day earlier than projected! I really appreciate how the Suwanee team and customer service listened to my concerns, valued me as a customer, and provided a quick, effective solution despite their staffing constraints. Great customer care!”
