They do a good job but most of their employees attitude when you give feedback or tell them to touch up is baad, they are unprofessional and one of them charges mandatory 18% tip which is baffling to me. The customer service is not worth the price ure paying . They feel like they can do whatever to you even if u dont like it, but remember customer is in charge :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but after giving this salon multiple chances, I feel I need to warn others.
I kept going back because I wanted to be fair, but each time I left disappointed or disrespected. My first visit with Coco was awful — she squeezed my fingers, hit my hand, and was very rude when I explained I had a history of nail fungus. She told me, “If your friend didn’t get fungus, you won’t.” Completely unprofessional. Funny enough, the second time she didn’t squeeze or hit me anymore — maybe she realized I always tip 25% or more.
I then tried Jenny. While her work was okay, she constantly complained about how “difficult” my nails were and pressured me to get extensions even though I already had long natural nails — it felt like she just wanted to charge more.
Other techs weren’t better. One took 3.5 hours; I patiently paid, tipped $20, and hated the result so much that I went back the next day and paid for a full new set again (still tipping $20). Another set cost me over $100 and broke in just two days.
I also noticed that when I switched techs (because my schedule is very tight), they clearly didn’t like it. Every time I came back, they acted like they’d never seen me before, which was almost funny — but also unprofessional.
After that, I gave my nails a month-long break and decided to try again. When I called, the owner Suki first scheduled me with Coco, then later claimed Coco was “booked for the whole year” (which is obviously not true). When I asked for Jenny, she finally admitted they didn’t want me as a client anymore. Instead of being upfront, they wasted my time and handled it in a shady, childish way.
My honest opinion: Coco and Jenny may be skilled, but their attitude ruins the experience. If you can handle rude comments, gossip in another language while you sit there, having your fingers squeezed and tapped impatiently, then good luck. Personally, I expect respect and professionalism when I’m paying over $100+ for nails that don’t even last.
This place is simply not worth it! I am done! As a mom and a small business owner who serves many beautiful ladies, I believe paying to get your nails done should make you feel happy — not disrespected. I’ll be warning all the moms in the area because I don’t want anyone else to feel the way I did!!!

This is a Chinese-owned nail spa, and while some of their nail technicians are truly skilled, there are behaviors here that are both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a Chinese speaker, I could understand their conversations, and it was extremely uncomfortable to hear them gossiping about customers—especially discussing who tips and who doesn’t—right in front of clients. Unfortunately, this kind of toxic work culture seems to be tolerated, if not encouraged, by the owner, Suki, who sometimes even starts the gossip herself.
Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend getting your eyelashes done here. Suki rushed through my lash application, which left my eyes irritated and sensitive. When the extensions eventually came off, they fell off in clumps. They may appear friendly while serving you, but based on what I overheard, I wouldn’t trust what’s said behind the scenes.

I came here for the first years ago and was not happy. The nails came out great but I did get nipped a couple of times and my nails were extremely sore. But I decided to give them a 2nd chance, and I’m glad I did.
I always see Jenny. Super sweet and execute every design.
Never going to another nail shop.

I’ve been coming here for about a year because the quality of the work has always been great. However, my recent experiences with Coco have been disappointing. She’s become increasingly passive-aggressive, constantly telling me to stop moving or not to touch my hair in a condescending tone. I understand wanting a client to stay still, but there are respectful ways to communicate that.
What really crossed the line was being told I had to leave a 20% tip — which, to my knowledge, is not a posted policy anywhere in the salon. Tipping should be based on service and left to the client’s discretion, I’m a beauty provider as well.
It’s unfortunate because I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but I won’t be returning due to the shift in attitude and lack of professionalism of Coco. Great work means very little when the experience is uncomfortable and today- I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

This place is absolutely the worst. I've been here several times before, but I won't be coming back. I made a reservation for 1:30 PM and arrived on time, but they made me wait for over 30 minutes and then tried to turn me away when I wanted to leave. I ended up waiting even longer, and she hurriedly did my nails. We had agreed on a price of $60, but she demanded $95 from me, with no compensation for my wait. If I hadn't already been at the store, I wouldn't have wasted $95 on such terrible service. When I expressed my discomfort about the wait time and price, she brushed it off and even asked for a tip. I don't understand why I should waste my time and money like this. Save your money and time—don't waste them here.

omg! i went for the first time today just wanting a soak off and simple set. i’ve been looking for a salon in the area who specializes in builder gel/ japanese gel and i’m so happy i found this shop! Rebecca did my nails and not only did she do my soak off quickly while also leaving my natural nails strong, she was quick AND detailed. i’m usually very picky and i’m so happy with my set :) prices are also very reasonable, 10/10 recommend!

Happy with these nails! I wasn’t exactly sure what to get, but just wanted a simple and maybe translucent style. The lady Jinyun was nice and gave me advices to pick from. The end result is pretty!

I regularly go for men's pedicures only. I've had good service from everyone who has served me. I appreciate the cordiality and good treatment that they give.

If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment with Susan who is amazing, however she was sick so I had to see someone else ( totally fine I’m not hard to please) however I did not get the color I wanted at all not even close, the nail tech broke off the tip on my right pointer finger and did not put it back on and continued to put the gel and polish over it leaving my nail extremely SHORTER than the ready of my nails!!! The service also took two hours instead of what normally would’ve taken an hour! I did not feel like speaking up at the time because it would have just prolonged what was already an annoyingly LONG SEEVICE! When I got home I also noticed that every single one of my nails had a chip in them from the way the nail technician handled them, that is also when I realized how much shorter the one nail was than the rest.FOR TWO HOURS MY NAILS SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN THE SAME SHAPE AND LENGTH!!!

Rebecca does the most perfect French tips I’ve ever seen!! This is the 2nd time I was lucky to get her as one of my nail artists and both times she has given me PERFECT French tip pedicures! It’s so hard for me to find someone who is very detail orientated and Rebecca amazed me both times. Making sure to book with her specifically from now on.

I came into the shop as a recommendation from a friend stating that it was great service and I can get nail designs that fit the aesthetic that I was looking for. I came in today and specifically asked for a nail take down and to get a brand new set of acrylic nails. At no point when I came in and asked for that specific thing was I ever told that they do not do acrylic in the shop. We move forward with the with the service I show the picture of the design that I’m looking for and they tell me that I am able to do this. The tech that I was appointed to decided to tell me that she didn’t think that I needed and a fill-in that she could handle my nails from where they were and she would handle my design as seen in the appointment. Halfway through she states to me it would be best that I just get a plain color and go for a design next time because my nails would not be even enough for square nails at the length I asked for. I then asked then why did we change the direction of my intended appointment? I instructed the host of the shop that I would like to end my appointment because not only had I been led astray, she was not using acrylic on my nails as I had asked. When I stated this to the host she stated I would be liable to $50. $50 for the nails you see posted for terrible filing, cut cuticle, completely different product use and no color or design. To top all of this off, the host was very callous and dismissive about my concerns and held the attitude that it was my fault I didn’t receive the service I asked for and documented to the women of the shop to ensure I got what I was paying for. She even laughed at my concern and when I asked for a manager she quickly said she’s in China and there wasn’t much else she could do. She offered $30 so I would “get over with me”. I paid $20 and left the establishment. It’s a Sunday and most shops close early. I am very sad that this was my experience with such an important engagement to prep for. So rude and disrespectful. I respect the language barriers of the nail salon experience but to blame a customer for lack of clear communication on a technicians end is unprofessional.

I have been a loyal customer of Nail Gallery for nearly 4 years now, and I just wanted to make a note of the exemplary service I received today at the hands of Rebecca. Rebecca was careful, slow, and thoughtful and really treated my hands with tender care and utmost respect. She took her time, was committed to recreating the exact design I chose. There were no mistakes, no flaws. Excellent job Rebecca. Nail Gallery, you have a very hard and dedicated worker on your hands!

My one and only nail salon I go to.
I’ve been going to Nail Gallery for years.
Suki and Coco are my favorite techs but EVERYONE IS AMAZING.
Everyone is very friendly and experienced tech. Bring a picture and they will do exactly and if they don’t have the gems or accessories no worries they have bigger choices than any salon I’ve gone to.
I’ve noticed they always try and get new things and I love that they have Japanese gel.
When I get my nails done I can be certain I’ll be back after a month because nails are always looking good even until my next visit which is a month.
I’m a bartender and server so these gems staying on put during service is very very important. Plus my hands are constantly being washed. Nails still look good after busy nights.
Make sure to call ahead for appointments they’re busy! Walk ins welcome but try to make an appointment so you can get your spot locked in.
I love you nail gallery! I hope you prosper and have great business 🤗 I recommend all my friends and any customers that ask me where I got my nails done from.
