I think it is unfortunate that a so called credit union does not allow you to access all your past statements online and then when you walk into the bank they want to charge you $5 per month for YOUR bank statements which they prevented you from accessing online. Even if you were going to charge for a service $5 for sheets of paper not worth the amount is exactly what it is. A rip off! Disappointed.

Awful customer service. Employees in the bank are incapable of answering simple questions. Branch manager is either on vacation or performing at a restaurant. i had an extremely tough time with my vehicle last year breaking down, when I asked Johnathan for help, he told me there was nothing he could do. Five minutes later I was able to speak to Thomas Sanders on the company customer service line (excellent customer service) and they were able to assist me. NOW, I have had my time wasted all week over a loan. I was asked to show proof of income of course. I provided bank statements, printed out record from my company of payments (signed by ceo and cfo), then was told that I was require to provide a W2 from my last job. After I provided that, I was told they would need a tax return for the two months I worked at my new job at the end of last year.... When I asked for any reason as to why all of the legitimate forms I provided were not good enough, the branch customer service was clueless and told me she could not help since her branch manager (Johnathan Gailey) was on another vacation and would not be back for another week. If you bank with peachstate be sure to schedule any help you need around the bank’s vacations.

We had a great experience working with the branch manager, Jonathan. He walked us though the steps of joining and applying for a car loan. He made sure we understood everything, and was super friendly as well. We are glad to be members at Peach State.

Great service. Watch out for their drive up ATM machine the curb sticks out a little to far and will scratch up your hub caps and rims.
