We tried the grooming here for our Westie because our groomer got sick. The grooming is really bad. Hairs was not smoothly shaved, two deep shaved on both front feet and neck, and an edge on the head. We emphasized that we want a Westie look; however, we couldn’t recognize my dog when the groomer brought her out. It is definitely not a Westie look cut and no grooming skill at all. I wonder if she got trained and knows how to do her job. I felt sad for my dog and I can feel she is not happy either. I don’t think the groomer is respect her work. We were told the groomer hasn’t come yet when we arrived at the appointment time. We waited more than 20 minutes. She didn’t even apologize for her late. So disappointed. So regret we took our dog for grooming there!

Id like to especially acknowledge Nurse Candace & Medical assistants Natalie and Cato continue to be beyond excellent caring professionals providing quality care and genuine concern when it comes to your fur babies. Dr. Huang is and has always been a wonderful physician and l always try to make my appointments with her and Dr.Ravie although l appreciate the care of all wonderful staff memembers

Every time I book a grooming appointment for our dog, I always get a phone call a couple of hours later that the groomer called out sick and will be out for a few days. This is the 3rd appointment this has happened. I will take my dog and my business to Petco!

It's OK ,the associates are not well aware,not proper information on fish keeping, needs to be trained on fish habits,characteristics, they (associates)cannot even differentiate between male and female ,they are too casual.They lack in information. Fish tank accessories are Priced Up ,The cat section is a bit stinky ,and so as guinea pigs area .
Short staffed ,and too cold .need to work on their customer service .For Everything the answer is ,""ummm I wouldn't know ",I don't know how it works.

The manager Dana was very rude in assisting me. She would not state her last name and I doubt if that was her real name because she had no name tag. She refused to come out the office when I requested to speak to her after a previous associate ignored me asking for help. After 20 mins of me waiting she finally comes out of the office minutes before the store closed to assist me and then denied selling me a pet fish due to the store hours.

We recently took our old english sheep dog to Johns creek Petsmart for grooming. We are very happy and satisfied with the service.Armando our groomer, did a excellent job grooming my 80 lb furry friend.He was extremily patient inspite of our dog's toilet mishap and did an outstanding job.Thank you Armando!
