No one answers the phone and no one is ever in the office to help. Keypad is busted and even during operating hours (they claim to be 24/7, but they lock at 6pm) we cannot get in. No one answers phone calls either, so we can't get help. Found one employee inside last time we went and they intentionally walked away when we went up to ask for help.

I want to give a big thank you to Anaima, Sean, and DeAndre for their exceptional service today! They were incredibly helpful and friendly during a stressful time as I transition into a storage unit due to mold in my basement. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the best price—even helping me with an online booking at a different location. This lovely team made sure I got through the gate smoothly and even assisted with my online payment. Their kindness and thoroughness truly made a difference. Thank you again!

Been awhile since I’ve been to my unit. When I went i was pleasantly surprised. No dust at all and smelled good. Staff were super helpful also!

Well the most rewarding thing , My better half and I have succeeded in accomplishing , was taking care of my in-laws until their passing this past year. Public storage was so kind , compassionate, hospitable and professional in helping us. By providing the perfect storage unit to take care of the last of parent's family heirlooms , until we could have the time and money to ship them to their new homes with distant family members. The location is perfect. The units were dry , well kept (no rodents or bugs) modern climate controlled secured facilities . The open hours were accessible from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Most all days. Thank you so much Public Storage on McGinnis Ferry. I highly recommend this facility particularly. Will always hold a special place in my heart. Truly, The Miller-Stewart Family

I am very late with this review as I was supposed to do it a month ago however, my experience with this location was mostly positive Felicia and her manager were excellent at helping me change my storage unit and getting me moved in. She was patient and understanding walked me through all the steps and helped me get moved in. I appreciate her so much. The only issue I had is not with her, but with public storage, the code given were not accurate, and I did not have access to the building as promised through the website, I had to wait until they were open two days later this had nothing to do with Felicia and the public storage staff. Overall, the facility is clean and quiet, and I feel that my things are safe here. Great location.
