Mr.Ben was amazing. From the time of entrance to the end. We were shopping around and he sold me and my husband. He followed up as well with beyond again. I had to set up a unit because that’s excellent customer service. I advise anyone to come bye for yourself. Great company store. HE ROCK!!

Ben was very helpful he helped me rent the last parking space at the facility. He was very nice and took me on a tour of the property! Couldn't have done that without him!

Had my drive up for less than 24 hours and came back to find it flooded, destroying several boxes. Then the only available unit was all the way in back corner inside. Good thing I missed the opportunity to get a discount on that unit when I got the drive up. At least the front desk seemed amused by my story, and mentioned "yeah, that unit's been having problems."
