I gave many chances before hitting this review button. This Publix has the worst customer service ever. Very unattended cashiers. Maybe I am just air was why they did not greet, taking my money was the only time they like to communicate.

Many products are protected with a lock. No push button and had to talk to 2 employees before I could get help. Then no time to compare protein products because emoyee was just staring waiting for me to decide right away. If you need to compare nutritional values then this is not the store for you.

Staff here are quite friendly and willing to assist. Food from the deli was tasty and it’s close to the neighborhood so it’s acessible for quick groceries.

A very impressive writer. On the one hand, full of non-standard details of a writer, there are quality things in it. But on the other hand, the price is accordingly. Quite expensive compared to other supermarkets with the same products .. that exist in other supermarkets .. Ample parking. Free parking..

The Publix at The Shops at Laurel Springs is my favorite Publix Grocery Store by far! I often notice how hard Jonathan in the Dairy section is working; he should be commended for his exceptional work ethics, as should Trey, who often helps me out to my car with my groceries. Both young men are very helpful and polite.

It's raining! But our Publix associate, Wes, walked us to our car under an umbrella. He insisted! Gotta love Publix! We really won't shop anywhere else.
