I won't be back. Even though this place is clean and able to take a walk in, I was not happy with the service for the price. I felt like my services were rushed and I didn't get to relax. My chair didn't message. Again I was a walk in so maybe she was rushing bc she had an appointment coming in but then I wish they would have just said that and I could have waited. Also my polish started peeling after two days.

Mrs. Lynn is amazing and is always top tier with my pedicures. She's very pleasant and attentive and will make sure you get exactly what you want.
Hailey is the guru for SNS nails!!! ?? My girl gets me right EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Pulse Nail Bar gets a 10 out of 10!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Pulse Nail Salon in Suwanee, GA. My experience was marred by blatant racial discrimination. As a Black customer, I was treated terribly during my nail service. The staff were condescending and dismissive, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. In stark contrast, I observed that White customers were treated with respect and received attentive service. This double standard is unacceptable. I urge Pulse Nail Salon to address this issue and ensure that ALL customers, regardless of their RACE are treated with EQUAL RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM.

I experienced a subpar pedicure service recently, where the attendant showed little attention to the steps I selected. I had to remind her repeatedly to follow the pedicure process, and she seemed to be rushing through it on my feet. Additionally, I observed that the salon appeared to prioritize white clients, which was evident from the uneasy look I received from the young Caucasian receptionist upon my arrival.

I came here last minute for nails before a trip and I am beyond happy with my nails. My nail tech Daisy replicated the picture I showed her to a T and honestly, it's the best design I've her had. I mean look at how cute!!! My new spot for sure!!

If I could give this place 5+ stars I would. Let me just say, I am always impressed by the service and cleanliness. This place is affordable for the designs that they do compared to other places that I have been to. They always exceed my expectations with the designs I wanted. I look forward to getting my nails done from them every time. I highly recommend!

This is for SNS specifically - other services seem lovely here, but I have not tried them personally. I went in asking for my SNS to be soaked off and then a new color applied, and they list soak offs on their website. After sitting down, the nail tech uses a plastic nail to wedge under my polish and lever the entire SNS nail off, which of course also rips off part of my nails, making them thinner and making the SNS manicure even harsher. I ask twice for a soak off and I am brushed off. Then after that, my nails got buffed down with a drill, aggressively on a few nails so that they heated up (which was very uncomfortable). They did not ask me to wash my hands or use any kind of disinfectant before dipping my fingers into the powder - which means they do not ask anyone to sanitize their hands before using communal dipping powders for SNS. Overall, my nails look nice and I was happy to pay & tip since the nail tech is just doing what the salon says - but the overall procedure is really really rough on your nails and not sanitary, which is super concerning. I think for a normal manicure / pedicure etc, this salon would be fine, but I do NOT recommend for SNS

Disappointed. Had a friend give praises to this nail bar and I visited today for the first time. I’m not a fan of gel polish so I requested a pedicure with regular polish. The tech used way too much polish that caused it to mess up when he tried to put on my shoes. Fixed it with even more polish and walked away. Didn’t show me where the dryers were so I air dried in place for 15 mins. Got up to pay and nail was messed up. Showed the lady at the front desk who said there was too much polish. She sent another lad to fix one toe and I asked for the dryer. I got home and realized that the pinkie toes were also messed up. Disappointing visit

My nails are mediocre at best. The nail artist started doing her own thing without consulting me. There was only supposed to be BLACK glitter on ONE of the nails. The rest were supposed to stay black french. Before I knew it my nails had this ugly holographic glitter to it. I don't ever mind nail artists adding their own touch to my nails, but I like it when they consult me first and when they actually choose something good! She could've AT LEAST chosen a black glitter to put on all of them or a regular sparkly glitter, not holographic. This for some reason always happens at this nail salon. Will definitely not be returning. They are also VERY expensive. This is why they add unwanted things, to get your tab up.

I did a full set and gel, after the girl put the powder on my fingers I tried to tell her there is powder under my nails I hope she can clean them. I was asked really politely, and she said “ I am not done yet! Have you ever had nails done before? Is this your first time? “ at the end she didn’t clean it.
