Being such a needle phobic all my life I dreaded going to my appointment at Quest. My blood pressure too high, my pulse racing, my voice shaking, that’s me, and I can’t control it. Then there was this Angel named Donna. She immediately put me at ease, was able to calm me down and before I knew it, all was done. No discomfort at all. Donna kept talking to me, brought me some water. I am in awe of her. She is an amazing and very competent lady. Next time I have to do this,only Donna will do. Thank you, Gina S.

I have labs drawn minimally 3 X week, terminal illness. I started going to quest Alpharetta. It got worse every time. I finally tried the Suwanee location. I met Tiffany and Jaeona! I never looked back. They were so professional and kind! After a few months I realized both locations were managed by the same person. Tiffany transferred out eventually ? but I still had Jaeona! Soon after LaTasha came! These 2 worked so well together in a professional and kind manner; however, several floaters/supervisors/managers were rotating through…horrible. Worst unprofessionalism, skill level(always rough, one dropped the needle and it stuck into my thigh!), and never kind.I will say that I see the general public treat them terribly…rude, impatient, unkind and that wears on anyone. However, 2 wrongs don’t make it right. Also, I’m a healthcare licensed professional and I say this, the general public isn’t stupid, they don’t want to have needles shoved into them without some empathy. I personally think Tiffany, Jaeona, and LaTasha are amazing employees and worthy of praise even when they are not having the support they need from the company.One last detail. Evidently Quest no longer uses Coband to wrap after draw! A band aide isn’t sufficient for someone like myself. I didn’t even know right away as the ladies we’re buying it themselves for the patients that really needed it(Emory Cancer center couldn’t believe Quest made this decision). I immediately bought some for me and extra they could use on patients. I went in the next time and had the manager. She flat out refused to use my Coband and made me wrap myself following needle removal!I hope this serves as constructive for corporate.Tiffany, Jaeona, LaTasha… you make a difference

HiI am actually surprised why they have bad reviews. I got the best service every time I go. I met Tiffany this time. She was extremely sweet took care of my kids very well. I did not even have an appointment and I was out of there in less than 15 mins.

Got some testing done here by Miss. Kim, with brown and blonde braids. She was very kind, gentle, and caring. She made the process very easy and comfortable for me as someone who absolutely hates needles.

Set up appointment on line Went there at the required time Checking was automatic and very easy They took me right on time Took my blood (I did not even cry) and I was in my way 10 minutes after Quite efficient

Absolutely horrible customer service in the front desk. You hire these ridiculous ignorant people that don’t have the audacity to let you know that you’re not able to bring your baby in the back when you’re checking in but instead make you wait and when they finally decide to call you that’s when they let you know. Trash service. Trash people. I will make sure everyone I know avoids this place like the plague.
