Trying to find the phone # for this branch. Providing 800# doesn't help. If you search by zip code on 800 number, they list 16 branches and then start going 1 by 1. What a waste of time.

Despite having and receiving a high fico score (722) from the same bank and others, their interest rate against my business credit card is 22.49% - $26.49%. We also paid the card off several times, well over $19K at one time while having thousands in our account at this bank , were denied a lower interest rate. We also have several accounts with Regions, including a home loan for the past 2.5" years, the rates came down to 2 - 2.5%... nevertheless, Regions would NOT refinance the current rate of 4.5%. It does take a rocket scientist to sumize that if your current debt ratio is X, then based on your ability to pay your month debts and then some for a period of time, well then one can afford to spend less! Despite loan curtailing our mortgage loan (paying more than 12 pymts in a given year) Regions does NOT desire to receive less money. They are a typical bank and everything for themselves. This is not our first rodeo as we have been establishing our credit for the past 40 plus years! So we left their bank, end of story

This makes the second time I deposit cash into the ATM to pay a bill and the damn ATM shut down and reboot and says machine not available!!!! I will not used this location never again!!!!!! Need 0 stars!!!

Providing a local phone number instead of waiting on permanent hold on a 1-800 number might get you more business, will continue elsewhere.
