This is the second time I’ve come here and it’s not open per what the website and store door /window states . There were two other people standing outside and we left after waiting 15 mins to open

Brenda was so helpful in locating an item that was out of stock at this location. She even called the store that had the product and asked them to hold my exact quantity. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but Brenda restored my faith. Thank you!!

I went into this Sally's Beauty Supply store to pick up a couple of tint brushes. There were two ladies working, both were very nice and helpful. The young lady with the Jamaican accent was extremely professional and helpful with my quest for hair products for my hair. I love to get recommendations of products that people have actually tried before. It helps a little more when you can see that the information is coming from someone with similar hair and issues. This was great after my less than stellar experience with Ulta on the same strip. Thanks ladies!!!

I went into this Sally's Beauty Supply store to pick up a couple of tint brushes. There were two ladies working, both were very nice and helpful. The young lady with the Jamaican accent was extremely professional and helpful with my quest for hair products for my hair. I love to get recommendations of products that people have actually tried before. It helps a little more when you can see that the information is coming from someone with similar hair and issues. A busy Mom that can’t get to the wee Nail Salon often enough so looking to do my Nails myself. Walked in and Amy was not just friendly but very knowledgeable. She showed me a great product and a few things to make doing it myself easier. I have already went back to purchase product again…Great customer service! Have a question ask Amy! ; )

Ok peeps, hear me out...I KNOW we prefer the independent supply stores over the chain, but I have to give credit when credit is due. The store was stocked, had sale items well marked, and I received A+ customer service FROM ZARA in finding a flat iron... couple that with some OPI on sale and some Mielle serum and my perspective on Sally's was converted. Did I mention the price stayed under $90???Try them.. go back... you will be surprised!

Evening, Thursday, February 9th. The employee at the register was loudly yelling to another person, who was not a customer nor a worker to the store. Made multiple mistakes in my name and phone number, although I repeated it multiple times. Did not find my information in the system to look up the rewords for discount. Very unprofessional, unpleasant experience. Will avoid this location. The store has become a ghetto unfortunately.

I drove all the way to get there, but it was closed. It was a sign that says it is temporary closed. They must update on the website and google if they are temporary closed for few days or week

Never trust Sally Beauty Associates. I needed a color that was going to last a couple of days and they sold me two bottles of what they described as a demi-permanent hair color that did not need a developer. I open the bottle, and it is fully liquid. A water thin liquid. I was able to get creative with conditioner, but I have no idea if this hair color is actually going to stick. I don't even know if I have enough product on my hair to change my hair color.

I got my hair cut this morning and decided to try and dye it, I arrived at this location (store #2821) around 2:30 and the associate was locking up for a break. She opened back up for me which was the first helpful thing she did. I noticed her hair was multicolored so I asked her about recommendations since most dyes that I've tried don't cover my gray. She showed me 2 different brands, recommended a developer and told me about how long to leave it on. It came out great and I'm sure it was because of her advice. I've seen people review this particular dye and those with negative results mention not undersranding the istructions and not knowing what developer meant. She also made sure that I bought brush for better coverage, and a bowl and gloves at home.I appreciate the extra time and care that she gave. I didn't get her name, but I think she was the only one there.
