I just called regarding a prescription I sent in and my doctor had asked me to contact this pharmacy. I called and spoke to a man and the whole time he was very impatient and was responding very rudely but I didn’t take it personally. He had no answers to help me locate my prescription (even though that’s his JOB) and eventually I just had him send it elsewhere. As he was waiting for me to search the name of another pharmacy I heard him cuss and say “this person is stupid” in Korean. I still responded kindly and hung up.
Next time, don’t assume someone’s not Korean based off their name lol because I understood what you said to me and the unprofessionalism is embarrassing.

I am a medical provider, had nothing but complaints from my patients how rude the pharmacist is to them. I called to rectify and I got the same attitude. Incredible how they can run a business like this. I would steer far clear from them, plenty of other pharmacies around here would appreciate the business.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACYTHEY WILL GIVE YOU THE WRONG LABEL OR A DIFFERENT DOSE OF MEDICINE which is VERY DANGEROUS i spoke with the pharmacy team and let them know they gave us the wrong medication, and they said ok because they were busy and never say sorry. I can't believe they still keep their business because they do not take that seriously happened.

They were selling 4 oz hand sanitizer for $ 15
It would normally cost less than a dollar. I was gonna move all my prescriptions to them and changed my mind as soon as I got there.

My mom and I stopped in here because one of her friends recommended a pain relief cream they sell here made from Jeju Island volcanic ash. One worker (heavy set lady with short hair) seemed more interested in yelling into the phone to her travel agent about her upcoming resort vacation rather than helping the people waiting. The other lady (longer hair) more than made up for her incompetence and was very efficient and polite. I feel bad for the people waiting on prescriptions while the first lady was on the phone, but I don't think they could understand her conversation that well since she was speaking in English and they were all older Korean. If the pain cream works, I'll be back for more though I'll avoid the inconsiderate worker!
