The store assistant manager (AM) does not understand what a special order means. I special-ordered a case of cream once a week, and I never break my promises. I was told that they will put the cream on the shelf when the shelf is empty; what that means to me is that they cannot meet my special order. When they miss to meet my special order, instead of "sorry, we did not get the delivery," they said, "don't blame us."Apparently they had too many cases delivered yesterday, the AM texted me with a message "We have a case of cream for you here," followed by another message "If the shelf goes empty we have to put it out." Despite I just got some three days ago, I went there right away in fear of they won't meet my weekly special order which I will pick up on Wed. or Thur. I complained about the store would rather put stuff on the shelf rather than meeting my weekly special order. AM responded, "I don't like your attitude." She further said, "When we do not get the delivery, of course we would say "don't blame me." Is it my fault? You should blame our warehouse. Just don't blame us."The store just does not understand what a special order is, especially when it is a weekly special order for more than two years. When they are short, they would put the stuff on the shelf and screw my special order. When they have too many delivered, they would use some wording to get me in the store right away and reduce their stock. How convenient it is to their management, and customers come LAST!

This was my first and last time at this location. Brianna was unprofessional and rude. Walked in smiling and left with a bad taste in my mind. Train your employees to be better.

I enjoy going here to grab some lunch as they have a microwave and tables to sit and eat outside the store.

I will stop shopping at Sprouts, their veggies seem ok at best prices are as you would expect. However they want to chg customers .10 cents per bag at check out, this is a form of price gouging. If American consumers don't fight back at these stores gouging every cent they can think of out of consumers, by not doing business with them it will continue and also get worse also the .10 cent costs will end up at .20 cents or .25 cents.I buy as little as possible from the grocery stores these days, I would rather drive to the mountains and do business there and support them instead of being taken advantage of in these stores. One Sprouts nearer me has already closed permanently, I have to drive further to get to one now and what I do buy is out of convienience more than anything. This sprouts I just visited today had no more than a handful of customers. I buy nearly all my foods from stores in the foothills of north ga or farms up in the country, good people, fair prices, not trying to figure out any way they can to get your money. I used to get 2 carts full at the time, now I rarely spend more than a few dollars, if any at all. These stores are literally pricing themselves out of business. Believe me, everyone I know feels the same way. These companies can't see the forest for all the trees in the way, very sad,Americans are very resilient, we will and should get what we need from other sources. Shame on Sprouts.

I've always had excellent customer service at any Sprouts location. I asked my brother, who live in Sugar Hill, if he'd pickup 2 seeded watermelons for me and I'd reimburse him for them. He did. The next day, I cut open one and it was already FULL of water, as if it had started going bad. So I called to the store to report my complaint (small in size for 6.99) and the lady by the name of Camill, was very rude! I gave her a detailed explanation about how I had asked my brother to purchase 2 for me (because I don't live near a Sprouts, but have driven the distance for shopping on numerous occasion). The first thing out of her mouth was "well, if you bring in the recent we can refund your money, we can't refund it over the phone". Who said anything about refunding over the phone!? Anyway, I. ought to her attention that she was speaking in a rude way and that she was displaying poor customer service with a lack of compassion towards her customer. Before I ended the call, I told her, "no worries, I know what I'll do". I hung up the phone and came straight to this site to write a review. I've never even left good reviews for Sprouts, even after the past good customer service service that Ive received. But this, I had to come here and leave this review!!
