I had a disappointing experience at Sweety Nails & Spa. The technician made multiple mistakes, and despite other staff being present, no one corrected her in time. Although I mentioned I was in a rush due to my kids being with a babysitter, they insisted on redoing a mistake as I was about to leave and forced me to pay in full despite the inconvenience. Poor communication and disregard for customers' time left me very frustrated.

When I entered the store, I clearly mentioned that I had children at home with a babysitter and was in a rush. Your team agreed to proceed with my request, knowing my time constraints. If there were any concerns about the availability of staff or the time required for quality service, it should have been communicated upfront.
I understand that the technician who worked on me is new, but it is the manager's responsibility to oversee their work and ensure that the service meets the salon's standards. This accountability is essential regardless of whether the technician is new or experienced.
Based on this experience, as well as previous visits where I have faced issues, I cannot recommend your salon. I hope that my feedback encourages improvements for the benefit of other customers in the future.

Love this place! I don't trust anyone else to do my nails and every time I'm met with friendly staff and affordable pampering. They also do such a great job with taking care when I'm expecting and more sensitive. This is the place that will know your name and care about you so much more than just a customer!

This was my first visit to this salon and first time I’ve left a review for a service. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The technician who did my pedicure cut off half my toenail, didn’t shape the rest of my toenails well, and was huffing and puffing throughout my service, as if she didn’t want to do it. She also did a sloppy job overall with polish left on the sides of my toenails and put no effort into the massage/deluxe service that I got convinced to upgrade to.
My nail technician was very sweet, but unfortunately she kept grinding my nails down until they were literally paper thin and sore, I felt like my nail beds were basically exposed with the thinnest layer of nail left that I could rip them. I asked for almond shape and a French tip design, both were unfortunately not executed correctly. I paid A LOT for these services and it’s very upsetting that it was wasted on such a sloppy service.

I usually wait at least 2 appointments before leaving a review but I’ve got to brag on this place. We are newer to the area and haven’t been to ANY nail salons around here and this one was honestly the closest to me over 4 stars, so me and my 2 kids went.
We were immediately greeted and asked what we wanted and that was amazing because they were BUSY! (Friday before Easter) The girls got regular polish and the sweetest younger girl to do them. The girls were happy and the price was right for what they received. I did have to wait BUT I knew I would as a walk in, no appt and the busy Friday evening but I was still told multiple times about how much longer I’d wait. My girls were done almost immediately and the staff made no fuss when I asked if they could sit in empty massage chairs near me.
Mai was wonderful. I came in with an idea that required 5 gel colors and they accommodated me with no problem! I also told her I do the hard gel and she was so excited because a lot of people here don’t do hard gel (Suwannee…come on ladies…hard gel is elite haha) anyways. I am posting this because the prices were incredibly fair, the service was great and it was nice to walk in and see SO MANY regulars come in and out. The staff was really sweet and asking about very detailed things for the regulars which shows me the genuinely care about their customers. I just had to share my nails too because idk if I’ve ever been so happy with a set of nails before. lol

I received a deluxe pedicure with gel and an eyebrow wax (cleanup). Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had at a salon. Mai performed both services and did a phenomenal job. I literally almost shed tears! She is very thorough in her work and went above and beyond anything I've received at other salons for a "deluxe" pedicure.

They do such a careful job. I feel well taken care of each time I visit Sweety Nails. The entire place is well organized and clean. The owners are very kind as well as the rest of their team. Paul can do all kinds of designs as well.

I drive all the way up from Atlanta to come back to have paul do my nails and he kills it every single time and he's so nice and polite. I've never had better customer service and better nails. My nails look beautiful every time and they last so long. I've only ever had one chip ever and they were so nice about getting it fixed. I would one thousand percent recommend this nail salon they make me feel so beautiful every time.
