The help I received from Alan was the best I've received from any TMobile location. He was extremely knowledgable, kind and helpful for my situation. I had a phone stolen the day before and it was miraculously returned so Alan assisted me returning the new phone that I purchased and made sure my returned phone was fully functional before I left.

We received great customer service from Dominic yesterday. He helped us out with what we were looking for and did not rush us even though the store was closing soon. Would highly recommend!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience upgrading my iPhone today! Alan, Jamal, and Brianna were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process of upgrading my phone and helped me with every step of the way! I was extremely impressed by the customer service and ease of the transfer of my old iPhone to my new one! 10/10

Extremely poor customer service. I went here to add a line and get a new device. The two guys who work here provided different information on the same plan option I was inquiring about, and had a mocking smile when I was telling one of them what the other one had told me about the plan. When I asked him one question about the additional features, he responded, and I’m quoting, “I really would like to finish adding the line first, because we close in 30 minutes, and everybody has got stuff to do”. We left the store right there and discarded our transaction.

Calen was an amazing associate! He helped my family of five all get new iPhones. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the long process. We are very grateful for his assistance throughout, he has a bright future!

Only closest store from me (which is an hr away), staff members weren't too friendly and not very knowledgeable, was told to call tmobile myself and find out. Member who helped me with order had a lil attitude here an there. Both staff members acted like they could careless and I was a more of a bother, like they'd rather b doing nothing and getting paid for it. Definitely don't recommend this store and won't b going back. Will find another store if needed

I visited the store on 09/24/2023; I added two lines to my account, and over the phone, the customer care team messed up my porting, and due to that, we could not install eSIMs in new mobiles. Nina, an executive from this store, solved the problem in 10 mins, she is an expert and knows in and out of T mobile.

Don't go to the store it sucks, I had to walk 3 miles to get there. All because he doesn't get paid by T-Mobile, went you replaced a broken phone, SIM card don't work I didn't want to give him a Star, had to to post this

I am not good with change. But Kelly did a fantastic job helping me with the changes to a new carrier, T-Mobile, and a new phone too. I have been very happy with this smooth transition and the continued great service. I would highly recommend T-Mobile, this store & Kelly.Pam

Went in this morning looking for a case for my phone. Even though they don't carry the model of my phone (a year out) the lady helped me varify what to order (I'd already messed up once.) Very cool!

No stars! Terrible customer service especially from store manager. Went in today to get my screen protector replaced and could not because their system was not showing them I have screen protector insurance. I was on the phone with customer care while in store and they confirmed I have 360 coverage that includes screen protector but they still refused to replace my screen protector. Store manager said he has a report he could get fired for for replacing my screen. I told store manager so instead of having a satisfied customer you’re worried about a report. Terrible leadership here and no customer service. Do better!
